Visited FSC today for a consultation for cosmetic bonding with Adam A.
From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome. There was no unnecessary waiting - my appointment started exactly on time.
Adam was extremely professional from the outset. There was no pushy sales approach, just an honest and considered opinion. He carried out a thorough assessment of my teeth, bite and wear, took detailed images, and then took the time to clearly explain all available options. He answered all of my questions and provided a transparent quote.
Given the complexity of my case, Adam has chosen to consult with the lab and colleagues to ensure the most appropriate treatment plan, which I found very reassuring. If everything aligns, he will have my business.
This experience was in stark contrast to a recent visit to Yorkshire Dental Suite (Leeds), where I felt the approach was far more sales-driven and influencer-led.
We’d highly recommend Fresh Smile. My son was really nervous after a bad experience with an NHS dental practice. But Dr Ahmad gave him lots of reassurance and chatted everything through. He was really patient, kind and helpful. My son was so relieved after the appointment because he’s now got a dentist he’s really happy to go to.

I have been on the Dental Plan for several years now. I can always get an appointment when needed. Recently I needed an emergency appointment, no problem. I was seen quickly and given a thorough examination and explanation of the problem and my treatment plan and all eventualities moving forward. A really helpful, friendly dental practice. Highly recommended.
I visited the practice when I was having pain from a rear tooth. It had been identified by another practice as being a tooth previously root filled and capped.
I was given antibiotics but to me it definitely felt to be the tooth behind that was throbbing!
At Fresh Smile Clinic Adam did an XRay and arranged a further appointment to see Ifti. After careful examination of the XRay and my teeth Ifti diagnosed that although the capped tooth is not 100% the tooth behind has a hairline crack which is likely causing pain.
It was explained well by Ifti the possible outcomes and I was advised to allow some time before having either tooth extracted now that the pain is not so bad.
I think this is sound advice as I was worried about having the wrong tooth extracted!

I’ve been with Fresh Smile Clinic for about two months now, and honestly they’ve been nothing short of amazing. Every member of the team is warm, polite, and really welcoming. I decided to go ahead with Invisalign and whitening, and everything was explained clearly with absolutely no pressure at any point. It’s genuinely the best dental surgery I’ve ever been to, and I’d highly recommend them.
