I cannot recommend Elizabeth highly enough. As an extremely anxious patient, dental appointments are never easy for me, and my treatment was particularly challenging. From the moment I arrived, Elizabeth made me feel calm, safe, and genuinely cared for.
Her patience was exceptional, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped ease my anxiety. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident throughout every stage of the treatment, and I felt completely confident that I was in the best possible hands.
What truly sets Elizabeth apart is her empathy and kindness. She never made me feel rushed or judged, and she showed such understanding and compassion during what was a very difficult procedure. Thanks to her gentle approach, I managed to get through something I never thought I could.

An all-round very positive experience.
My usual dental practice were unable to help with the treatment I needed (removal of my fixed retainer) and so I had to find another dentist to do the work.
I sent an email in the evening and they called me the next morning. They even had a cancellation and so I slotted in the diary same day.
The receptionist was very professional, friendly and clear over the phone.
When I arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
My appointment was with Dr Malik who was brilliant. He took the time to explain things clearly, was professional and friendly. His assistant was also very friendly.
The only teeny weeny negative of the experience was that I arrived 5 minutes early and was called in 20 minutes after the appointment time. I don’t have an issue with this, but managing expectations whilst waiting is an easy fix (e.g. “thank you for waiting, it shouldn’t be longer than about 20 minutes”).

I cannot thank Dr Namra Malik enough for the outstanding care and treatment I received. As a very anxious patient, she immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured me throughout the entire appointment. She explained every step of the treatment clearly and professionally, which really helped put me at ease.
I am extremely happy with the results — even after the first appointment, the difference was amazing. My teeth look and feel so much cleaner, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Very friendly Receptionist.A calm and welcoming atmosphere which puts patients at ease. Very quiet- no sound of drills.A welcome change from usual dental waiting areas.A very bright and clean Reception area and Surgery. Mr Malik, the Dentist whom I was to see, took the time to come to me in waiting area to say he would see me in ten minutes- this being the actual time of my appointment. I have never had a Dentist take the trouble to come into the Waiting Area to see me. How very thoughtful.
I found Mr Malik to be a kind man who took the time to examine my teeth, mouth, tongue and jaw.I have never had such a thorough Dental Examination - ever. We agreed on a plan for my next visit when treatment would commence.

Dr Malik and Dr Mariyah & the dental nurse Zainab were so professional well trained staff and a lovely experience as someone who gets anxious they made the process and treatment smooth and Dr Malik has done a great job for my treatment. Would recommend this dental surgery as they treat you with care at the best standard and make you feel comfortable and in the best of hands.
Yesterday I had a badly infected tooth which two courses of antibiotics had done nothing for, and was in a lot of pain with a very swollen jaw getting worse by the minute.
Being a Sunday my regular dentist was not available but I was able to get an emergency appointment with Forest Dental Care who gave me root canal treatment that
same day. All staff were unfailingly charming and professional, and I felt I was in very good and capable hands with a dentist who took the time to explain the procedure.

I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Malik last Saturday for the first time.
I had a cleaning dental hygiene. I am very satisfied. The doctor is professional, explained everything and informed what he would be doing. Appointment went with care and gentleness. The cleaning effect was great, and I pay attention to my dental hygiene. A big plus for the cleanliness and neatness of the clinic. I highly recommend this clinic!
