I had a wonderful experience at Este Hair Medical. The environment is lovely, clean, and very welcoming. All the staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I especially want to thank Priyanka for her kindness and excellent care, she made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I also really appreciate Selda, Bora, and Amir. They are all such lovely, kind, and welcoming people who made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend!!

I had hair loss and came to this clinic for assessment. Dr. Amir saw me in the clinic and suggested a treatment to tackle the hair loss. I opted for the 6-month package. The clinic is spotless and spacious. The appointment arrangement was very easy and very organised. They were also able to amend my appointments if need be. Tala and Bora are lovely and made sure I get the appointments booked. Dr. Amir was very kind and respectful and reassured me all throughout the treatment. I had a lot of anxiety especially because I lost half of my hair and I also lost hair in my eyebrows. Most of my treatments were done by lovely and amazing Liubov. Other times it was Manpreet, Priya, Stef, Sapna, and Ida which were also all amazing and lovely. Everyone showed me kindness in this clinic and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone that needs hair loss treatment.

I’ve been coming to Este Hair Medical Clinic since August 2025 for hair loss treatment, and more recently for dark circle treatment, and I’m really happy with the results so far. I’ve seen promising improvements that have genuinely helped boost my confidence. What really makes the experience stand out is the team. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and welcoming, and they always make me feel comfortable at every appointment. Amir has been supportive and knowledgeable throughout my hair loss treatment journey, and Stefania has been especially attentive with my dark circle treatment and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. Liubov is also genuinely kind and welcoming. The rest of the team, including Priyanka, Sapna, Bora, and others in support (apologies if I’ve missed anyone), are consistently professional and make every appointment feel smooth and comfortable. The team are always accommodating, knowledgeable, and clearly care about their clients and the results they deliver. I’ve also found the treatment pricing to be very fair. It’s always a pleasure coming in, and I’m genuinely grateful for the support and progress I’ve made here. Huge credit to the whole team, absolute legends. Highly recommended.

I’m currently having treatment at The Este Hair Medical, and I’m really happy with the results and the progress so far. I have been receiving hair treatment at Este Hair Medical including PRP, red light therapy, and Exiplex treatments, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The progress I have seen since starting the treatment has been incredibly effective and truly amazing. My hair and scalp condition have improved significantly, and I continue to see positive changes with every session. The staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful. They greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. Their knowledge, support, and dedication have made my experience very positive. I usually see Priyank Maru at Este Medical in Harrow who is absolutely amazing! I was seen by Sapna Gulzar for my appointment and again she was also just as amazing!! She was absolutely lovely, friendly, and professional, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. The customer service was top-tier from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly values her clients. Employees like her are rare and drive immense loyalty to the clinic. She goes above and beyond and truly deserves a pay rise or formal bonus for her outstanding work!!! Highly recommend! Thank you to both Sapna and Priyanka for always making my appointments such a positive and enjoyable experience 😊

I’ve been going to the clinic for 3 months now and have had a lovely experience thus far. The whole team has been so kind and professional. Everything has been so organised and it’s been reassuring going into this process. I want to specially thank Ida and Stefania who I’ve been doing my treatments with. I’ve felt very safe and they’re always attentive to your comfort levels. I look forward to completing the rest of my sessions and will not hesitate to book again in the future! Thanks team :)

My hair journey It been quite a journey for me. I had lost hope and my daughter came across a review from a client from Este-hair medical who was talking about their success with their hair journey. For me it was really a hopeless situation and I thought to try my luck. I came to Ester-hair on the 14/2/2026. Had a friendly chat with the Amir my consultant, he was welcoming, supportive and helpful. He talked me through the process. I made a decision to give myself a chance to try and see if I would have a positive outcome. It’s been 3 months and I can see a positive outcome on my scalp. It feels calm and comfortable and the hair has started coming out. I would like to appreciate the treatment given to me by Ida. She has been wonderful and made me feel at ease and just trust in her professionalism. I also want to thank the receptionists and other colleagues who have been there and welcoming me each day.
