I came in to the practise to get a bite guard and some composite bonding done. The work was completed by Katrina and what an excellent job she has done. I could not recommend her work enough she paid a lot of attention to detail with ensuring the work was smooth and my bite remained correct and was not obstructed with the composite. All in all it was a wonderful experience. The dental nurse working with her, Juliana, was just as efficient as Katrina and took the time to look after me and ensure I was okay throughout the process. I can not recommend these two enough I am beyond thrilled with the results! 😊 Thank you ladies!
Hello everyone, I would like to thank my doctor, whom I have been seeing for more than 14 years. He is a very ethical, respectful, and professional doctor. Very happy with the results of my complex root canal treatment programme with Dr Kieran at Edgbaston Dental Practice. Dr Kieran took his time to discuss my treatment plan offered options with explanations which I have never experienced with any Dental practice. I always worried. But from the moment I walked in, the whole team was so welcoming. Dr Kieran himself is incredibly experienced and gentle in every step. I had such a great experience at Edgbaston Dental Centre! Dr Katrina Kaur did fillings on my front teeth and also my root canal treatment, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. She was so professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My teeth look amazing and the treatment was completely pain free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Massive thank you to Dr Katrina Kaur and the whole team, highly recommend!
Just want to say a huge thank you to Dr Katrina, I’ve recently been given a new dentist which is Dr Katrina, having a new dentist is not always easy to adjust too especially when you are familiar with one specific dentist, however Dr Katrina has been exceptional in the care, understanding and professional in all interactions. I honestly feel at ease going to the dentist and knowing Dr Katrina who is always smiley, polite and kind is on the receiving end. She is easy to talk to, simplifies information and attentive.
She goes above and beyond for you and I am grateful to her for helping me keep my teeth healthy and always informing me of beneficial information for my teeth. Best dentist I have come across.

I just wanted to share my experience with Dr Kieran Bhakta because as someone who is an extremely nervous patient, finding the right dentist has not been easy for me.
I get so anxious about dental treatment that I have avoided going to the dentist when I really needed to. Before finding Dr Bhakta, I tried a few different dentists but never felt comfortable or at ease. Even though I no longer live in Birmingham, I still travel back because I trust Dr Bhakta and his team.
Dr Bhakta helped me through sedation for wisdom tooth and other tooth extractions, as well as fittings, and he made what felt like a very scary process much more manageable. I had my extractions done over 2 appointments. He explained everything clearly before, during, and after the procedures, which really helped settle my nerves. His team were also incredibly kind and supportive especially when my veins were not easy to find for the IV sedation. They stayed patient and reassuring the whole time, which meant a lot to me.
What really stood out was how caring he is and called to follow up and check that I was okay, including on Good Friday.
I would absolutely recommend Dr Kieran Bhakta and his team to anyone who feels nervous or anxious about dental treatment. They truly made me feel safe and at easy.
Kieran is the best dentist! He takes a really holistic approach to treatment and as someone going through treatment for cancer, I feel safe under his care as he is aware of how to best balance both to keep my teeth and gums healthy. Reception team and dental nurses are all also great - really friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Dr Halima Abed was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions, which really helped ease my nerves. Her friendly and caring approach made the whole experience much better than I expected. I’m very happy with the treatment I received and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and kind dentist.
