Always a good experience at Doncaster Dental Practice from first entering the building and seeing very polite, friendly smiling reception staff. I’ve been visiting since a youngster and now retired, Mr Sics my Dentist at the practice is always a pleasure to see, he always explains in easy to understand terms if any procedure needs doing then or at the next 6 Monthly appointment etc., and also Mr Sics dental assistant is also very polite and with a nice welcoming sincere smile when calling patients names from the reception room and leading to Mr Sics, and assisting in any tasks required with ease; a great team working together.
If anyone is requiring a Dentist and if the Doncaster Dental Practice can take you on as a new patient, you for sure would be very pleased with the service they provide. My wife was fortunate to move to the Practice from her then dentist in Armthorpe that had told all patients that they were stopping NHS work, so would have to be a private patient or move, hence moving to be a patient with the Doncaster Dental Practice for about 2 Years now, and my wife could not believe the difference of how good the whole experience is, compared to her previous dentist, and always praising them how good the experience is on every visit. So I am of course very pleased that my wife is now receiving the same care as I have all these years, so a massive 5 Stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ability to book appointments is generally easy. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Dental treatment has been somewhat lacking on my last two check up appointments. My problem is, I do not expect them to be resolving problems arising from the provided treatments of the previous visits.
It was a great experience from start to finish. Polite reception staff with smiles and warm greetings. Excellent information from my Dentist Jess and very understanding of my previous dental experiences in childhood.
All in all, creating a new perspective that was positive and supportive
Great experience, told the receptionist I was there and was taken in to the dentist within 2 minutes. Dentist was polite and explained everything that he was doing. The dental nurse was also first class and very nice. Very good all round.
Personally a very smooth appointment. We were a little late in due to the Dentist running late by 10 mins but it didn't affect us. Sad to see another patient get so frustrated with the checking in system that she walked out before being seen 😕
I saw a dentist I never had before. The minute I walked in he smiled and introduced himself in a gentlemanly manner. Talked me through every thing he saw with my teeth, and how he would treat them. Always positive.and informative. I haven’t felt this way since the days you always saw the same dentist every time. Thank you
I have been a patient of this practice for a couple of years now and never had need to complain about any facet of their care during that period. They were good enough to take me on when others would not and their work has been first class in every way
Wow what a difference . Saw the new dentist today. So thorough. Full examination, asked lots of questions too. Discussed options of interest to me to improve things. Such a warm and supportive experience. Thank you.
