Was my first time at this clinic. Had such a wonderful experience with the dentist; incredibly professional and friendly, she took her time to explain everything in detail and did the procedure so carefully. Got the appointment very quickly, I would definitely recommend.

I had a really great experience with this dental practice. I recently had my wisdom tooth removed, and from start to finish the team was professional, kind, and very reassuring. Dr. David explained everything clearly before the procedure, which helped me feel much more at ease. During the extraction, they made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and the process was much smoother than I expected. I also really appreciated the follow-up call the next day to check on how I was doing—it shows they genuinely care about their patients. Overall, I felt well looked after and supported throughout. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone needing dental treatment.

My first visit immediately impressed me with how efficient and easy the whole appointment process was. The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Dr. Nowais was compassionate, professional, and very efficient throughout the visit. The clinic itself was spotless, bright, and airy, which made the environment feel calm and reassuring. I was quite nervous, but Dr. Nowais took the time to clearly explain the procedure and all of my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Going to the dentist can feel daunting, especially after not visiting for a while, but they truly put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and secure. I’m very grateful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend this practice.

I had an amazing experience at the clinic. The place is spotless, the equipment is all new and the staff is so nice and welcoming. Dr Nikki was great, both on the first visit and on the follow up appointment for hygiene. She listened to my concerned, advised on next steps and provided me with the tips and suggestions. In 9 years in London, I have never been to a dentist here, always did my dental exams and work back in Italy. As someone who has been traumatised by years of wearing braces, I didn’t trust anyone but my family’s dentist. But I have now found a place I trust. Also prices are really competitive for London considering the high quality of the service. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Kevin enough. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He explained every step of the treatment clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident throughout the process. He is incredibly kind, patient, and professional, and I always felt that he genuinely cared about my wellbeing. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I’ve been a patient at Direct Dental since early 2025 for my regular check-ups and hygiene appointments, and I couldn’t be happier. The entire staff (Dr. Nowais Awan, Esther, Camilia, Kevin) is professional, friendly, and truly makes me feel at ease. Dr. Nowais Awan is incredibly knowledgeable and proactive. I can tell he really knows his stuff. He’s great at catching things early on so they don't turn into bigger issues later. He’s done a few fillings for me that turned out great, and I really appreciated the extra time and effort he took to make sure my night retainer actually fit me comfortably. The admin side is just as good. They are super quick at getting back to my emails, and if I ever have a follow-up question, they actually address it right away rather than leaving me hanging. Highly recommend this place overall!
