Whenever I visit this dental practice, I always receive outstanding service. My dentist Abigail Spoon and hygienist Ina Bejo is amazing, professional and always makes me feel at ease. The reception/admin team is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whenever my appointment is cancelled they let me know in advance and easy to reschedule. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I went to see Dr Jack Toulson after a very challenging and painful experience at another London surgery which had exacerbated my fear to new highs. From the first telephone contact with Hailey the receptionist I was put at ease. My first appointment was calm and plenty of time given for my anxiety. I required several treatments which we planned a timetable together with no hard sell tactics. Jack is intuitive and recognises when I need a break and allows time for that. I genuinely never feel out of control during procedures. Now don’t get me wrong I still don’t particularly look forward to going but I no longer have a feeling of dread. It’s a happy surgery with a fantastic team that always manage to put me at ease! I would recommend this surgery to any nervous patient.

I’ve been with this dentist for quite a few years now. The dentist’s are always exceptional. I am a bit of a wimp due to bad experience a number of years ago but have never had an issue with Chalton Street dentists and would highly recommend. Currently seeing Jack who is a superstar. Even when in pain a couple of weeks ago and they had no appointments left, they saw me at very short notice and treated the issue despite it taking a fair amount of time. 10/10. Try grateful patient.

The Dental Smiles London team is great — always kind and helpful. The reception team is especially hands-on and nothing is ever too much trouble! Dr Jatan has been looking after me and carried out my Invisalign treatment. I am very happy with the results and can only recommend him and his wonderful team!

My new dentist is efficient and professional, the staff are always kind and approachable, and my hygienist is sensitive and thorough. I do feel like they all do a really good job. I have dental anxiety and they are mindful of this every time.

I’m not happy. The reception have long time had lack of understanding around special needs and reasonable adjustment for people who have ADHD, ASD and other complications. The dental team have also changed and there was old blood on the spit toon plus the hygenist hadn’t consulted my last visit notes, which the previous hygenist always did. He also had to ask the dental nurse ‘can I have a better [implement], once this has been in my mouth which scared me. I hope this was clean. I will be moving dentist. Yet another place who seem to put profits over safety or assurance.

Just had a crown fitted by dentist Jack Toulson on 20/05/26. I am a very nervous patient and Jack immediately put me at ease. The scans done the previous fortnight ago were painless and Jack explained what he was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend this practice and will recommend to all my friends. I had a wonderful experience at this clinic during my first visit. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the start. The dentist was thoughtful, taking time to explain everything and ensuring my comfort throughout the visit. The clinic is easily accessible by public transport, making it convenient for those who don’t drive. I will see how my treatment sessions go, but so far, I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking quality dental care!
