The receptionists are lovely and very welcoming, and my dentist - Dr. Yasmin Saeed - is wonderful; very knowledgeable, kind and professional. The dental nurse is also lovely and very kind. I have always had a great experience at Dental Beauty Northfields and I highly recommend this practice.

The dental work itself up until now I have not had an issue with, although I’m currently having to go back due to increased sensitivity on a tooth that had to have a filling, the sensitivity wasn’t there before the filling. More over my 2 star review comes from the sheer amount of time I have had an appointment booked with Sasha Patel and then cancelled days or hours before, only to then book another appointment that gets cancelled. Once of I can understand, but it happens literally every time!

Dr Misha is fantastic. I can't recommend her enough. She talks you through everything that's happening and makes operations as enjoyable as they can be. The reception team here are also brilliant.

"I recently had a root canal treatment here and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The sad thing is that this surgery isn’t local to me and hence not convenient from travelling perspective. The receptionist was incredibly polite and respectful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The dentist who performed my RCT was wonderful—she was patient, kind, and clearly very experienced. What stood out most was that after both appointments, my bite felt completely normal. In the past, I’ve had issues where a tooth felt 'raised' after a procedure, but she did it so professionally that everything felt perfect right away. I highly recommend this team for their skill and their great patient care!"

I was well looked after by the receptionist and most important the Dentist did a fantastic job. I really do like my Dentist. He is very caring. Thumbs 👍 up for him.

I had to take my mum to the hospital to A&E and I totally forgot about the appointment I paid a deposit for which is £50 it was a hygiene treatment and the dentist called me, I immediately called them back and I said I’m so sorry it really slipped my mind as I’m in the hospital with my mum, then I asked if we can reschedule. the receptionist called me back she said we cannot rebook the appointment because of the dentist availability he said he can see me again for in two months to do the whole thing again like check up a booking in for the hygiene treatment again. On top of everything they will keep my deposit of £50 because I didn’t cancel within 48 hours… I didn’t know my mums was going to be in A&E 48 hours before…To do the whole appointments and check up again would cost me another £75 again plus whatever treatment they imagine I have to have. It’s just the lack of empathy for me in this instance. Even though I actually was made to was months “for a specialist” to get my wisdom teeth out and get a fill. Not to mention that on my first appointment the lady had a new assistant and she was talking so poorly with her I had to request another dentist because she made me feel so uncomfortable…and now this other dentist is actually too prejudice to rebook an appointment for me. avoid just a rip off.

We had a wonderful experience with Dentist Hassan. He was amazing with the kids and the way he explained the check up procedure and advice on oral hygiene. We commend him on his dedication to his patients!! More power.
