Best dentist I've ever been to. For such a busy surgery they fit you in quickly. They are great with phobic patients. I had a composite bonding on a front tooth last week and they were guided by the finish and length I was comfortable with. They did it at my pace and were as gentle as they could be. Give it was NHS treatment I was surprised at the amount of autonomy they gave me.

Highly recommended! I recently joined this dentist as my previous had gone seriously down hill. I wish I had joined here sooner! My dentist Rishiniy put thorough time and detail into my first check up, I had a infection and needed a extraction the following week again Rishiniy and her assistant was amazing (even after I felt faint twice 😅🤣) extremely patient and gentle! Honestly the best dentist I’ve been to! The receptionists are always welcoming and helpful which is amazing! A really great place 👍🏼

My daughter’s such a wonderful experience at this dental practice and felt compelled to share. Dr Ravi is truly exceptional, professional, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, which immediately put me at ease. It’s clear that great care and attention go into every detail, and I felt completely confident in the treatment I received. A very special thank you to the dental assistant Octavia as well, so warm, attentive, and supportive throughout. They worked seamlessly together, creating such a calm and comfortable environment from start to finish. It’s rare to find a practice that combines such high clinical standards with genuine kindness and compassion. I left feeling cared for, reassured, and very grateful. Highly recommend.

I’m giving 1 star because, while the service during my visit was good, my overall experience was disappointing. The dentist, Ravi, and the nurse were both professional and kind, and I have no issues with the treatment itself. However, my experience with the Invisalign open day booking process was very off-putting. I paid a £20 deposit to attend the open day, but later received a phone call that made me uncomfortable. I was told they needed to confirm my attendance or they would give the spot to someone else, which is understandable—but the tone of the conversation felt pressuring. The caller also mentioned the cost (around £3,500+) in a way that came across as if they were questioning whether I could afford it. It felt quite patronising and unnecessary. The overall attitude during that call made me feel uneasy, as though I was being judged or pushed into a decision. Because of this, I decided to cancel my appointment and request a refund. It’s a shame, because the clinical staff were great, but the customer service experience outside of that needs improvement.

The ladies at the reception are professional but warm in equal measure. The dentist who attended to me did a great job and explained the steps she was taking and why. Overall good service on this occasion.

A warm and welcoming environment from the get go. Very friendly receptionist team and assistant staff. Dentist Naresh was particularly very helpful, reassuring and thorough in terms of his advice. I felt very taken care of and listened to. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough!

Great service overall. The team were really friendly and genuinely nice. I usually try to avoid the dentist, but they took me on very quickly and immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly step by step, and they constantly checked that I was alright. Couldn’t have asked for better care.

The dentist and the dental nurse assistant were lovely and very professional . Both very very kind, caring and considerate. I felt listened to, understood and validated. My questions were answered and I was given realistic advice. It was a beneficial appointment . All my anxieties were taken away.
