This is one of the best denists ive ever used. All the staff are extremely professional and caring towards you as the patient. I would like to thank all the staff for there kindness on friday evening when I booked an emergency appointment to see Amal the denist who was absolutely amazing at his job.They went above and beyond and stayed over after opening hours to accommodate me with my treatment. Thank you all so much. Mrs Kerry Kemp you are all a credit to your profession. Well done will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.
The best dental clinic i've ever experienced! From the kind receptionists, the dentists and the facility 10/10! I heard great things about this dentist before i joined and did have to be put on a waitlist for awhile before i was offered an appointment however it was worth the wait. I recently registered all my children. I was offered an appointment for all 3 children together and was seen by Orthodontist Amol Jain and the genuine care, compassion, patience, attentiveness and his holistic approach which i am passionate about was amazing! He did 10 deep breaths with my daughter who has Autism and educated her on the importance of breathwork, meditation and mindfulness. I left the clinic feeling extremely grateful as this approach in healthcare is not something you see or hear of often. I have also now registered my mother.
I have and will continue to reccommend this dental clinic to everyone i know, because they genuienly care and it shows!
From walking in, I was warmly greeted by the reception/front of house staff who explained and navigated me to the floor I needed to be for the dentist I needed to see.
I was only waiting for a few minutes before I was called in to see the dentist Hardeep ?
Both him and his dental assistant were welcoming and friendly.
Hardeep explained throughly through the process ensuring that I understood and understood what intervention needed going forward.
Thank you hardeep. A right professional who has instilled confidence in me, leaving me with a good experience.

Lovely dental practice,lovely friendly welcoming staff,bright modern dental surgery. My dentist Hardeep is Lovely, & is very professional,kind & caring,& puts you at ease straight away and explains everything about your treatment. I've just received my new dentures today,i'm really happy with them,Thank You Hardeep!! I highly recommend this dental practice i would'nt go anywhere else,& i recommend Hardeep if you join this practice!i'm really happy with the treatment i've received here. In my view this is the best dental practice in Erdington,i've been coming here for years,it used to be Robinson & Dicker dental practice but they retired some years ago & its now been taken over by new management & staff.
Be prepared to wait for and at the time of your appointment. However this is so worth it. Amol is a total professional, patient care and satisfaction is at the core of his work. He explains everything, advises about other treatments without coming across as a salesman. I always feel he is giving his best service every time I see him, he is so passionate about his work which in today’s climate is both refreshing and reassuring. Marium is also excellent. She is very knowledgeable and i feel she always has her patients best interest at heart. It’s clear she shares the same passion for her work. Caroline on the front desk is always so pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and in fact goes out of her way to help. As a retired senior nurse that has had some bad experiences as a patient in healthcare I cannot praise this dental practice enough.. keep up the excellent work. Other healthcare services could learn a lot from this practices approach to their patients.
This was my first time visting amal jain and i can not stress how amazing he was absoutley fantastic. He cleared the mess that my previous dentist made! 100% would recommend him, himself and the dental nurses made me feel so comfortable even though it was my first time.
I wanted to leave a review to say how pleased I was with my experience.
I think Erin is an absolute credit to the whole team and dentists in general, she reassured me as much as possible (quite difficult as I’m a known child when I comes to going to the dentist) and was very knowledgeable about any questions I had.
I apologise but I can’t remember the lady on front desk with the darker hair, she had a lovely manner about her and was very friendly.
A very good experience, well as good as going to the dentist can be if you’re a frit like me.
Lovely experience as always for our appointment today with Dr Jain for myself and my two young children. Dr Jain is always really friendly and explains everything so clearly to my children and gives them ideas and methods for good dental hygiene. They have always jumped into the chair without a second thought and showed him their teeth. The dental nurses annd reception staff are also great, friendly and helpful too!
