I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Clix (the brilliant dentist himself) and his incredible team, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and completely professional. Clix has such a calm, reassuring manner—he explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made what could have been a nerve-wracking visit feel totally relaxed and even enjoyable.
His skills are top-notch; the treatment was precise and painless. The staff are equally fantastic: friendly, attentive, super efficient, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way, from booking to follow-up.

I have almost always had a positive experience at Davyhulme Dental Practice. The reception staff are consistently friendly, the practice is clean, and it is easily accessible. On this occasion, I attended during a slightly worrying time regarding a baby tooth, and I was feeling apprehensive about what my options might be.
Amna and the dental nurse — I believe her name was Megan (apologies if I’ve remembered incorrectly) — were both incredibly welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. I left the appointment feeling reassured and well looked after. Thank you both so much. Five stars for them and for my overall experience.
However, I am still waiting for a call back from the practice manager regarding a “complaint” I attempted to submit a week ago.
I came as I need an emergency appointment and my original dentist forwarded me to this one. Such a lovely clean, friendly practice. The dentist lady made me feel very welcome, I couldn’t been more pleased with the quality of service.
This review is as a result of a text from Revive requesting feedback
So, filled in online NHS forms and signed declaration that I pay for NHS treatment, as requested, prior to check up. Arrived, sat in chair to be informed this was a private appointment. Begged to differ, stated I hadn't signed up for private (paid NI full stamp!) and at the practice request signed NHS forms. Was informed this must be a glitch and I was no longer an NHS patient.
However on this last occasion I was offered this check up on the NHS. I politely declined, thanked the dentist for her service over the past 12 years.
Now I have no dentist, absolutely gutted, as well as annoyed. It may be a Government funding issue or profiteering on the part of the practice, who knows. All I know is patients who actually pay for NHS treatment suffer!!!

The reception lady was also super kind and friendly too.
I felt safe and looked after.
Terrible practice, reception are rude, called up for an appointment in DECEMBER which they only had availability for January, then dentist cancelled for late February, then when I call prior to my appointment they tell me the dentist still isn't back... So I've waited weeks, and my tooth is probably not going to be saveable now. Asked to make a complaint, the woman at reception was extremely unhelpful, rude... And then accused me of being rude 🤣 asked to make a complaint with a manager, no information for manager has been forwarded. Greedy, unorganised and rude.
Paid £25 for a hygienist appointment (on top of an appointment I already attended, just the hygienist alleged that it had to be done in two sessions)
I missed my appointment as I was relying on a reminder from the practice, that was partially my fault.
I was undercharged £2 allegedly from my hygienist appointment in January (only just called today for it - as I'm leaving - suspicious).
But fine to take my £25 for no service 🤣 woman on reception alleged the £25 was a deposit, but I was told on the day it was for treatment. I'm not arguing over it, and the practice don't care anyway that's quite apparent.
Edit- sorry I forgot to add that I did attend the £25 appointment to be told by the hygienist that she "had to cancel" - and I never charged £25, I left and rearranged, and then forgot the appointment. Reception was quick to say that I "failed to attend" and appointment when no reminder was sent as usual and I actually had turned up once for it and sent away 🤣
Disgusting.
Arjan Singh is amazing he explained clearly what I need to do to improve my general health care. I have had problems with my gums which is improving. . Strongly recommend a visit to see him.
Now have to pay privately but straight forward payment arrangements. Interior is pleasant.
Staff are helpful and professional.
Rachel, my dentist ,provides a thorough, informative and personable service.
