I attended Dolton Dental Care for an emergency appointment over the weekend and had a very positive experience.
I was seen on time, which I really appreciated. The receptionist and nurses were all friendly and professional, and the dentist herself was especially kind and reassuring throughout the appointment.
I’ll be honest, I was a bit concerned beforehand after reading some negative reviews online, but my experience was completely different. Everything was handled calmly and professionally, and I felt well looked after.
Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend others to go here, especially if you need urgent dental care.
I had a wonderful experience at Dalton Dental Care. Dr. Nafisa is incredibly professional, kind, and caring. She made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment and explained everything clearly. The nurse Shiza was also so friendly, gentle, and supportive which made the whole visit stress-free and pleasant.
The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and well-organized. I truly appreciate the excellent care and kindness shown by the whole team. I would highly recommend Dalton Dental Care to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dental clinic. Thank you so much for the amazing service
I had a dental abscess so attended as an emergency patient, the care given was second to none. I had to have a tooth extraction and could not fault the compassion and care I received, the dentist was lovely and kept me informed every step of the way.

I’ve had 2 fillings here and Dr Nafeesa did an amazing job! I’m prone to fainting with needles but when I told her she made me feel comfortable and ensured I was feeling okay throughout.

I very rarely leave reviews but I would like to say what a great experience I had at Dalton Dental Care. The most compassionate and professional dental care I have ever had at any dentist, private or NHS. Nafeesa and Shize, we’re absolutely fabulous and I hope you can keep hold of these guys, a credit to themselves and your business.
Awful service…. I was referred here by 111 after needing emergency treatment on my front tooth. Nearly 3 weeks later and no work has been done. My tooth is still extremely loose and causing me extreme problems every day. The surgery is not welcoming or friendly in any way. There was no reassurance from anyone. I had 3 visits over 3 weeks with no treatment plan in place and a simple X-ray done today. The worst part is the lack of feeling comfortable there, nobody likes going to the dentist but a friendly atmosphere makes it that little more pleasant. On my first visit I had my coat & bag on during the whole appointment, I felt rushed and didn’t feel like they didn’t care about patient care, little things like offering to take your belongings goes a long way in this situation. There is none of this from the dentist or today’s receptionist on duty. No empathy or compassion, no professionalism. No friendly chit chat… This is the reason I won’t be going back. I don’t appreciate being treated in a way that makes me feel so uncomfortable and like I’m being judged.
Customer care and customer support are a must in such a place and it lacks both unfortunately. This place is very straight in straight out , I felt very belittled today, awful experience
My son attended on a Sunday evening after contacting 111 service. He had a tooth extracted. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The dental surgeon was excellent, it was a difficult extraction but he was skilled and showed professionalism. Ensuring my son was comfortable throughout the proceedure. I would highly recommend Dalton dental practice.

Had an appointment to clean some tartar from my front bottom teeth.
Appointment was made a few days later.
Cleaned brilliantly. Were way worse than I thought. Dentist took the time to cleanup years of smoking & coffee stains also. Looked 1000x better already.
Was offered a full checkup the following week.
Checkup was completed. Dentist went ahead and gave the rest of my teeth a thorough cleaning.
Years of smoking / coffee stains are gone. Before these appointments I felt like I might as well accept my teeth are on their way out. I feel much better now. They look better than most people's teeth at my age.
I was only charged £30 for the first appointment. Wasn't charged again throughout.
Absolute bargain.
Super friendly dentist. Patient and friendly. Some slight pain - but guess what? That's every dentist ever lol! Nothing major and I had the option to take a break.
Been years since I've dared to use a dentist for a checkup. Will now be using these guys regular.
The outside might put you off a bit but don't let it.
