They were simply incredible here. The dental nurse Dom was so nice and put me as ease the moment I stepped into the room, super knowledgeable and gave me a run down on how things may go.
The oral Surgeon I had was Tarik and he was simply brilliant, once again I was put at ease and he was genuinely very kind to me as I’m always nervous at the dentist. Oh and the wisdom tooth I had taken out was removed in seconds! Couldn’t actually believe it was done so quickly.
I would recommend them a thousand times over.
I was referred by my dentist, and I have to say that was the most comfortable stress-free experience I've ever encountered with a dentist. Christine is such a lovely nurse, very warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease, gave me all the information I needed. Tarik the surgeon was brilliant, my procedure took less than 2 minutes to be completed, such a calming dentist. Its a real shame they only take on referrals as this is the best experience I've ever had, and thats coming from someone who is petrified of the dentist! Thank you so much Christine & Tarik 💙
Had to have the root removed after my tooth broke. The team at Dakatra in Hornchurch were absolutely great.
I was quite anxious to start, but Tarik and Yani put my mind to rest. They explained how they would proceed, and talked me through each step. The extraction was completed very quickly and I have been given clear aftercare instructions.
Three hours later, the numbness has worn off and I have no pain.
Five star service gets a five star review. Very impressed. Thank you Tarik and Yani, you have helped reduce my anxiety towards dental treatment.
Excellent service on every level!!! Brought my daughter in for root extraction. Appointment time was 9.20 we were called into treatment room within 15 mins by the dental nurse Lisa. She was very professional and supportive giving my daughter time to overcome her anxiety! Tariq was the surgeon doing procedure, he was very efficient and supportive explaining the procedure and checking with my daughter she was happy to
go ahead. We were in and out within an hour! Amazing customer service, brilliant dental professionalism, I thoroughly recommend this practice. Thanks Lisa and Tariq!
I got my wisdom tooth taken out today and just wanted to say how great the experience was. I was super nervous going in, but I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all. Dr. Dnkar and Nurse Yani were so nice and really helped calm my nerves. I honestly came out surprised by how easy everything went. Thank you for making it such a positive experience!
Had been referred here for a tooth extraction, arrived on time and waited a little over half hour to be seen, which was not bad considering how busy it seemed! I was super anxious and getting myself worked up, the dental nurse was amazing at calming me down and letting me know everything that was going to happen along with possible outcomes. The dentist was really nice and gave me a stress ball tooth to help with my nerves! He did the injections within seconds, once they were working the tooth was out less than a minute later. The nurse was amazing at going over all my after care and making me feel at ease when I felt a bit funny afterwards. It was my adrenaline and not being able to believe it was all over and done with so quickly!
Overall a really positive experience, not that I want to do it again, but I’d be so much more relaxed if that ever happens.

I am very nervous at the dentist and had been putting off my tooth extraction out of fear, however I finally went to Dakatra and had the best service I could have hoped for. The wait time was super quick (I arrived early and was seen slightly before my slot). Dr Tarik and the nurse were very lovely and calmed me down, making me feel as comfortable as possible.
Would highly recommend, it was over before I knew it. 🦷💪

Came in for an extraction but I was so nervous as my dentist tried to pull my tooth out but sadly couldn’t so I was quite traumatised. I explained to the dentist and he reassured me and made me feel really comfortable. The only part that hurt was the needle for the numbing but once I was numb I literally couldn’t feel half of my face😂 extraction literally took a minute and I didn’t even realise my tooth had been pulled out! Completely pain free, thank you guys so much 100% recommend❤️
