This is not my normal GP practice, but I found all the staff to be very polite and helpful. The receptionist and nursing staff. The building itself looks fairly new. Bright and airy and has a relaxing atmosphere. There were no delays on my appointments when I attended. Although a couple had to be cancelled and rearranged that were done to a convenient time to me.

I attended an appointment at College Green Surgery today for a shingles injection (my first visit here). Nurse Beki was very welcoming, made me feel completely at ease and answered my medical questions extremely well, showing her qualifications as first class in my opinion. The surgery was extremely clean and well looked after. Definitely recommend for anyone thinking of joining.

My daughter had severe anxiety and on two of se real occasions having blood taken at College Green Surgery, she has been lucky enough to have Ela N Whittaker as the Phlebotomist. Ela is brilliant at recognising anxiety in her patients and she reassures them in a friendy and professional way. She is also excellent at her job and her insertion of the needle into the vein to extract blood is swift and proficient. It is all over in a moment. My daughter and I always request Ela when bloods are to be taken. 😊

Was seen by Becki. For a dressing change, such a lovely lady very warm and friendly. Tried to make appointment on Friday to get a dressing change for Monday but had no appointments and was told they would ring me to try and fit me in within 2 hours I had a message with an appointment for Monday which was very fast. Also got a phone call as promised. Always had a great experience with this Medical practice.

So impressed with the service from College Green. They have always been so responsive and accessible. Particularly grateful for the brilliant Dr Western who today managed my concerns so sensitively and spent a long time working out the best referral pathway to manage the issue. Thank you!

I wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff at College Green Medical Practice. I have had many appointments with doctors and nurses at the practice over the past 6 months due to recent health issues and your accessibility to appointments has been amazing. All of the clinicians and admin staff have been very professional, supportive and caring in their approach. A brilliant example of a GP surgery.

DR Shayan Zafar what can I say , what a doctor , absolutely amazing at his job and can’t fault him in the slightest, does everything he can to help you and also goes above and beyond for patients , your dedication and your expertise makes such a difference , thank you for everything.
