This is not my normal GP practice, but I found all the staff to be very polite and helpful. The receptionist and nursing staff. The building itself looks fairly new. Bright and airy and has a relaxing atmosphere. There were no delays on my appointments when I attended. Although a couple had to be cancelled and rearranged that were done to a convenient time to me.

My daughter had severe anxiety and on two of se real occasions having blood taken at College Green Surgery, she has been lucky enough to have Ela N Whittaker as the Phlebotomist. Ela is brilliant at recognising anxiety in her patients and she reassures them in a friendy and professional way. She is also excellent at her job and her insertion of the needle into the vein to extract blood is swift and proficient. It is all over in a moment. Tried to make appointment on Friday to get a dressing change for Monday but had no appointments and was told they would ring me to try and fit me in within 2 hours I had a message with an appointment for Monday which was very fast.
