would just like to say how grateful I am for your service and how quickly, efficiently and thorough Dr Pathmanathan was following my accident. I really appreciate the urgency in which you treated me and made me feel extremely reassured that everything would be okay (which it was!). This is a fantastic practice from the hygienists to the reception. 5 star service every time.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with my Invisalign treatment at this practice. From the first consultation, Dr Shreeya Chauhan was incredibly professional, thorough, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely confident throughout the process. The treatment was smooth from start to finish, and I’m so happy with the results. A special thank you as well to Bita Asghari, the treatment coordinator, who was always so friendly, organised, and helpful. She made everything easy and stress-free. I also come here for my general dentistry, and the standard of care is consistently excellent. The whole team is welcoming and attentive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering Invisalign or looking for a fantastic dentist.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived about 10 minutes late due to traffic and had the courtesy to call ahead and apologise to say I was on my way. Despite this, the hygienist refused to see me for the full appointment time and seemed completely unwilling to show any flexibility. What makes this particularly frustrating is that on previous visits I have been kept waiting for over 15 minutes past my scheduled time without so much as an apology. Apparently it’s acceptable for patients to wait, but not the other way around. The hygienist also seemed more focused on watching the clock than on providing patient care. A healthcare professional should understand that delays can happen, especially when the patient has called ahead to inform the clinic. The rigid and dismissive attitude made the whole experience feel unnecessarily unpleasant. If punctuality is expected from patients, then the same standard should apply to the clinic as well. Unfortunately, this interaction came across as inflexible and unprofessional.

I have been a patient at chiswick dental for many years, and i have always had an excellent experience. So when I noticed changes in the appercence of my teeth I knew where to go! I had a full consultation with the lovely Bita, who explained in detail every step of the process. Next I saw the amazing Dr G Path, who guided me through, step by step about the treatment plan, throughout the whole process. I can’t thank Dr G Path enough for the amazing work you did on my teeth! Your expertise and attention to detail have made such a difference to me, and I’m so happy with my smile & the appercence of my teeth. My face looks so much fuller with my teeth being in the correct place, thanks to team at Chiswick Dental! Five stars from me! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Huge thank you to the team for my recent crown fitting. This is the best dental surgery in London. All the staff are professional and kind - especially if you’re nervous about treatments. The preventative care is excellent and my dentist Dr Shreeya is wonderful. They take duty of care very seriously and my teeth are on the best condition they’ve ever been. Highly recommend Chiswick Dental and Implant Clinic to anyone seeking a dentist in West London.

Very good dentist, Dr Mona Patel. Nice, helpful and professional reception staff. Fortunately, at age 82, I am still able to get treatment at the NHS rates, probably as I have been a patient at Chiswick Dental, for ages, and for it's predecessors for 32 years.
