All the staff, reception, dentist and hygienist, are really friendly, kind and non-judgmental. I’ve been afraid of visiting dentists in the past and so avoided it for many years. But here, I feel safe and looked after. Would highly recommend.

I’ve just completed my treatment at Carisbrook Dental where I had implants and a bridge. My experience has been amazing from beginning to end. The dentists Tariq and Neil were so supportive and caring, taking me through the process in such a kind way. Sinead the dental nurse kept me calm throughout, and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Carisbrook to anyone looking for high quality dental work. Diane Sears

I was referred and seen in the same day for complex root canal and crown removal surgery. Tariq was incredible. He was so kind and explained everything fully, and was so caring and gentle during the procedure itself - which he did from start to finish in 10 minutes - an absolute pro! I can’t thank him and the team enough. Would 100% recommend and worth every penny.

The staff at Carisbrooke Dental are all so friendly, but more than that, they are all very good at their jobs and provide excellent service from the minute you walk through the door. I like that there is continuity of staff and even though I only attend three or four times a year they know me. For anyone nervous of the dentists you don't need to be at Carisbrook Dental as you are in very good hands.

Absolutely amazing dental practice and staff - I couldn’t recommend them enough. I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Neil Patel. Multiple other dentists had previously told me it couldn’t be removed due to it being a risky procedure as it’s too close to the nerve, despite me having recurrent infections and constant pain for a year. I knew the tooth needed to come out. Neil talked me through all options beforehand and spent so much time being careful, patient and ensuring I knew exactly what was going on. He has such an amazing manner and put me at ease the minute I met him. Neil removed the tooth in less than 10 minutes! He kept talking to me and encouraging me throughout the procedure. It was completely painless and straightforward and had no complications whatsoever. Neil is the best dentist I have ever met with the most amazing manner. So kind and caring and professional. I knew I was in the best hands. The nurses Sinead and Millie were SO kind to me throughout, soothing me and calming me down in my little moment of panic, reminding me to breathe and holding my hands. I was even given a stress ball to hold which helped me so much. I was so grateful they were there and they helped me to feel more comfortable throughout. The whole experience was a breeze (I was so nervous beforehand for the extraction and quickly realised I had no need to be). This is because the staff are just amazing at what they do! They are extremely professional and so thorough and so kind. I’m so glad I chose Carisbrook and especially Neil to remove my tooth. Special thanks to Angela too for all your help and advice you are one in a million ❤️

Visiting the dentist is not one of my favourite things to do, but the staff are the best. I hadn't been to a dentist for 4 years and Carisbrooke was recommended to me. I was so scared and nervous on my first visit and couldn't even get in the chair, the reassurance given throught my visits means I no longer have a phobia. Highly recommend to any nervous patient.

The implant team were excellent and they looked after me while carrying out treatment. I was relaxed throughout the treatment due to sedation! I cannot fault them.

I've been using Carisbrook for over 30years now and always had excellent service and treatment. In that time I've seen two dentists and both have been great - approachable and professional and good at explaining what they are doing. I also regularly see a hygienist and Angela is fantastic. The reception staff are also always very welcoming and efficient. Basically Carisbrook is everything you could wish for in a dental practice.
