Gained an emergency appointment via 111. Was given one the following morning. Excellent experience from 111 and can't praise the staff at Broomhill Dental Practice enough. From arriving in reception I felt cared for. The dentist and support nurse were superb. I was in a lot of pain with a broken tooth and deep infection and they sorted me out right away. I've now had the tooth removed and I'm waiting for the infection to subside. Great Big thank you to all involved for taking care of me. Would highly recommend this practice.
Referred here as an emergency recently. Receptionist was very friendly and informative and so was the dental nurse, put me at ease. Sorry I forgot their names as I was in pain so I cant remember or recall. The lady who saw me was also very good, efficient and told me the next steps to take.

The dentist I saw was efficient, kind, knowledgeable and compassionate towards my dentist phobia. The appointment was quick and to the point. The receptionist was lovely and so polite and professional, I only wish the dentist I saw could see me more regularly she was so good and made me feel part of the conversation rather than most that make you feel like you're 'just the patient '. Thank you so much for fixing my problem.

i have never been seen by a dentist as lovely and thorough of the one I saw,I never got his name but he knew I was nervous,he explained everything to me,his patient care skills were excellent I felt he was very caring and treated me as an individual and not just another patient.he made time and im sure hes like it with everyone and im sure hes very popular at that practice for his empathic manner,I told the girl on reception how lovely he was and I hope she passed it on.The only description I have is that he had a beard haha,I wish he was my dentist though he was brilliant,thankyou for getting me sorted

Attended as 111 emergency dental appointment on two separate occasions. Was really happy with the quality of care provided. Was given lots of jargon friendly advice that allowed me to make an informed decision about my treatment. Staff were very supportive and welcoming!
I gone to this clinic with my mom and we had a really great experience at this dental clinic. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist were welcoming and professional.
Dr. Omar and the dental nurse were both outstanding. They took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure, which really helped my mom feel calm and confident. Every step was discussed in a way that was easy to understand, and they made sure my mom was comfortable throughout.
The procedure itself went smoothly, and I truly appreciated their gentle and caring approach.
