Had over 20 teeth removed with sedation at this surgery. Dr Chris Newby, a very caring, thoughtful approach and an absolute miracle worker removing as many as he did in such good time despite me needing more local anaesthetic injections during the procedure. Nurse, Andrea, wonderful. I was treated wonderfully from the second I went in to the second I left. Would highly recommend these if you have a fear of dentists or not,they treat you how you expect to be treated. Thank you to everyone at this surgery for all of your help yesterday.
Had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Alastair Fleming and Nurse Darcy. Both did a great job at calming my anxiety. Extracted by tooth in all a couple of minutes. Post care treatment they were both amazing and didn’t rush things.
They also managed to get me in earlier than the 6 month wait, which I am so grateful for.
Massive thankyou to the whole team at BUPA! But a special thanks to Dr Fleming and Nurse Darcy for making the whole experience stress free + no pain post extraction. HIGHLY recommend waiting for their treatment if you can. THANKS 🥰
My daughter came to BDAC for treatment prior to having her braces fitted, she was incredibly nervous after a horrible experience at our usual dentist but all the staff were brilliant from the minute we arrived. We were both reassured and fully informed about everything that was going to happen and her treatment was completed quickly. The environment was calm and staff were lovely, friendly and caring - thank you so much!!
Going for my wisdom tooth extraction with Chris, I was hoping for professionalism, and I wasn’t disappointed. Chris Newby was kind, gentle, and very professional throughout, a very experienced dentist. Friendly atmosphere and a stress-free experience. Highly recommend, thank you to Chris and his dental nurse, Darcy!
I’ve been here a few times and can honestly say the staff are the kindest and most reassuring staff you can find. I’ve had teeth taken out before but I was nervous and the doctors helped massively in calming me down.
P.s I also heard one of the staff say “He’s so sweet” thank you to the staff for being so friendly and nice (especially the receptionist lady) 😊
The whole experience from start to finish far exceeded my expectations. The staff from reception to dentist were amazing. I was so anxious after a traumatic failed extraction the previous week. But I needn’t have been worried. It was amazing thank you all so much.
Dr Navya and Nurse Andrea were the best people I could’ve wished for to assist me with my procedure.
Information was clearly explained - what they were doing, why they were doing, and how they would do it!
I have a massive phobia of the dentist so to be handled in such a calming manner really took away my fear.
I’m so grateful for the care and gentle approach. Professional, kind, welcoming and confident. 10/10 service and over the moon with the ease of the whole procedure.
Having a morbid fear of dentists yesterday experience was absolutely fantastic.
From the receptionist right through to the after care nurse, the staff were caring, professional and supportive, explained everything to me,
I had to have sedation, and a tooth removed under bridge work so quite a big job, this experience has made me realise that with the right team there is no need to fear the dentist.
A huge thank you to all the team.
