Today I had treatment with wisam and I highly recommend him, as a nervous patient he worked really well to create a calm and relaxing environment, he listened very well to me regarding my dental issue and had given me the best oral health advice. During the treatment he talked me through step by step so I felt very comfortable and I've left feeling very satisfied. He is the only dentist I will go to and trust now. A big thank you to wisam.

I felt that the appointment I had yesterday with Wisam Hassoon was excellent. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything very clearly and expertly. I felt like I was in very good hands. Very professional but also welcoming.

I attended the practice yesterday as an emergency patient for my gums and I was very impressed. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff and reception were excellent and made the whole experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Thank you very much for the great care. I truly appreciate all that you do.

My daughter who suffers really bad with anxiety had a cracked tooth the dentist we saw was absolutely fantastic with her explained everything step by step she had to stop him a couple of times during the procedure but this didn’t phase him he was absolutely fine about it! My daughter was fine relaxed just absolutely amazing he was!

Absolutely lovely staff - receptionist friendly, the two dentist i had yesterday were absolute stars! made me feel comfortable and I made them laugh, perfect atmosphere all around. They did a superb job on my tooth, did the first part of the canal root treatment, temporary filling. I did fee fluey hours after but i think thats normal? idk but im on the mend.! Thank you ladies, you were fantastic! no judgement or nothin, I avoided dentists for YEARS because of dentists being judgemental and such but this was such a new and lovely experience all things considered.

Bit of a mix up at start re my appt but all sorted quickly and efficiently by the manager. Superb dentist made me feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Feel ready now to get work done. I am an extremely nervous patient and not been to a dentist for 15 years plus so fingers crossed but a great first appt.

Excellent services from the team at Brackley House Dental! We needed an emergency appointment for a home visit and were dealt with professionally from start to finish. From the initial telephone triage, to being prescribed antibiotics, and also the follow-up after completing the course, everything was handled really well. They then arranged a home appointment for the extraction, which was fantastic! George and Jamie showed great skill and professionalism, making the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Our problem was dealt with extremely well, and the extraction was quick and straightforward. We were really happy to have them come over for the home visit!! I will definitely be turning to Brackley House Dental again for any dental problems in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you very much to George and Jamie once again :)

Nhs patient. I am autistic and very anxious. It took me a few tries to get into the dentist because of this but they were all very understanding and caring proving a glass of water and comfort during my visit. They made sure I was well informed of my options and provided top notch advice for the uninformed about oral hygiene. Thank you for all the help and understanding nature of the dentist and his wonderful assistant. Ill see you again soon. Chloe B.
