After days of rejection and difficulty trying to find a new dentist, I called BDC and was swiftly assisted by Saima on the phone. I was losing hope but faith has been restored. She clearly showed empathy and consideration which was most refreshing. Thank you Saima.

I had a very happy visit to Borough Dental care. I went to see the hygienist, Srida. She was very patient, even when I was feeling slightly anxious about the cleaning due to sensitive teeth. She was thorough, efficient and kind.

Really great experience here. I've been to many different dentists in the past always avoiding the next visit because of the poor service and brutality. Today wasn't like that at all. I was seen immediately by Srita. She did an amazing job. I hadn't been to the hygienist in a couple of years and she did an amazing job. Got all the stains out in super fast time. Really happy with my visit. Will be back again

Very poor service overall. I missed my January 2025 appointment due to an unexpected childcare commitment involving my two-year-old son, informed the team, and was then told my name had been blocked and that only management could remove it within 10BDs, despite the urgency of my case as I need two partially grown teeth removed from my lower gum. I was given no way to contact management other than email and wait 10 business days, even though I know of someone else whose block was removed on the same day, and 111 also advised that any hospital appointment would still have to go through the normal dental booking process.

Great service; on time and quick. I’ve been coming to this dentist for 8 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Particular thanks to Srita (hygienist) and Chinwe (dentist) - they are the best I have come across

Maria is professional and very thorough with the dental hygiene treatment. I have been visiting this clinic for a few years now and would always go with Maria. Staff at the reception are always helpful and efficient. The clinic also offers Invisalign services. Will definitely recommend.

Srita, was absolutely amazing. I have never had a hygenist that has done such a good job. Usually I would be crying and very fearful. She even recommended how to brush my teeth. Srita has renewed my confidence in having my teeth done. Amazing

I am very happy with the outcome of my Invisalign treatment and would like to thank Dr Chinwe for being very attentive, helpful and efficient throughout - and also patient and caring to any concerns I had. The reception staff at Borough Dental are also very friendly and helpful.
