I saw Ryan at the South Woodford branch and was very happy with my treatment. Was having back issues built up over time and his work definitely helped. Follow up care was excellent. Professional and personable, he's been fantastic. Highly recommended.

I contacted Ceri at Ben Cohen Osteopathy seeking advice and treatment for a shoulder injury. Ceri is friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic. She provided me with a thorough hands on assessment, a personal exercise programme and, just as importantly, gave me the confidence to push myself to aid recovery. I feel physically and mentally stronger and can thoroughly recommend her services.

I have recently visited Ben Cohen Osteopathy in Loughton and I saw Emily Eves who has been brilliant. I have had three sessions and my back is improving albeit slowly. Emily explains everything so well and is so helpful in every respect. I would highly recommend this practice whether it is Loughton, Epping or Chigwell.

I have been going to Ben Cohen for a frozen shoulder for just under a year. Ryan has helped enormously, the therapy and the exercises I have been given has significantly improved my mobility. Amazing service by Daniel at Ben Cohen Osteopathy. I walked in, in pain and a few weeks later I can move freely and have a long term plan to stay injury free. He is not just a prescriber of exercises, his treatment is hands on and gets to the source of the problem with really effective deep tissue massage and manipulation - highly recommend.

Daniel has been wonderful with my daughter. We took her to him for colic and reflux, and he was calm, gentle, and very reassuring from the first visit. He explained everything clearly and handled her with great care. After a few sessions we noticed a real improvement — she was more settled and comfortable. Daniel is professional, kind, and genuinely caring. I would highly recommend him to any parent looking for a skilled osteopath.

Highly recommended this place. Did something to my lower back just over a week ago & was in agony but managed to get an appointment on a bank holiday Monday ! Highly recommend Ceri Motherwell at the Loughton branch as it was feeling better and better as the week went on after the appointment. She provided a stretching program for me to continue and I had second appointment this Monday and already I can tell my back is almost back to normal. Appointment this morning was even early enough to attend without disrupting work.
