Highly recommended this place. Did something to my lower back just over a week ago & was in agony but managed to get an appointment on a bank holiday Monday ! Highly recommend Ceri Motherwell at the Loughton branch as it was feeling better and better as the week went on after the appointment. She provided a stretching program for me to continue and I had second appointment this Monday and already I can tell my back is almost back to normal.
