I had an excellent experience with Jaya, my hygienist. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout the entire appointment. Not only did she do a fantastic job with the cleaning itself, but she also went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed at every step.
Jaya took the time to explain what she was doing and offered helpful advice on how to improve my oral hygiene going forward, which I really appreciated. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about her patients. The attention to detail and extra effort she put in did not go unnoticed.
I left feeling very well looked after and confident in my dental health. I would highly recommend Jaya to anyone looking for a skilled and dedicated hygienist.

The dentist had feather light fingers she was very gentle and explained everything as she worked giving reasons to why she was doing it like that. This the first time in all my dental visits that I have not had sharp pain when I was being numbed. The assistant was also very good she didn't just stick the sucking tube in my mouth she was gentle at other times I have even had bruising and gagging because of way it was being used. The two make a great team
People, please be careful. They fraud you for monies. When I called- I been told that I need to do a check up with X ray- as my right tooth gain sensitive. And then fix fillings. They don't do root canal filling, wich the don't mention- instead they say that filling will cost You depending on the size. But after a check instead they say that they don't have specialist for that- and you need to go to another clinic and pay for the check again...)))
Also they implement extra charges on top of you- for the X ray scan- where overe the phone it is mentioned that scan is included in the first pay. Very funny. As result I wasted time- paid monies, paid extra monies... and ended up nowhere. Be careful
They also posted that manager was in contact with me after this post- lying again- now one contacted me.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in nearly 2 years and was nervous. The dentist put me at my ease and was friendly. She was very thorough and asked all relevent questions about my health and oral hygiene routine. Everything went well and I was very satisfied with my appointment.
Very poor service. Very bad experienced. Hygienist has got a very poor patient engagement and attitude. Not welcoming at all. This is my first and last visit in this clinic. I do not reccommend this clinic to anyone. Hope the management should improve the service for better patient experience. Your clinic and hygienist dont deserve even a single star. The hygienist Jaya didnt even bother to introduce herself or welcome the patient. Overall extremely poor experience.
Dr. Manisha Shafi is amazing, skilled and makes the procedures pain-free and comfortable. She always explains clearly the treatments and how to keep a good dental hygiene. The entire team is friendly and efficient.
