Dee is a truly excellent hygienist. She is caring, kind, professional, and always puts you at ease. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she takes the time to follow up on any problems or concerns, which shows how dedicated she is to her patients.
Ruby, Dee’s dental nurse, is equally lovely. She is attentive, efficient, and always ensures everything runs smoothly, making every visit a pleasant experience.
Together they make a wonderful team. I always feel well cared for and in very capable hands. I would highly recommend Dee as an outstanding hygienist.
I cannot recommend Helon, the dental hygienist, and Natasha, her assistant, highly enough.
As someone with ADHD, dental appointments can often leave me feeling overwhelmed, embarrassed or ashamed about my oral health. Today was completely different.
From the moment I arrived, Helon was kind, patient, understanding and genuinely supportive. Rather than making me feel judged, she took the time to help me understand exactly what was happening. She used a mirror to show me inside my mouth, explaining everything clearly and compassionately. Although I felt upset seeing the areas that needed attention, she immediately turned that into a positive learning experience by showing me exactly how to improve my brushing technique and care for my teeth.
Natasha was equally wonderful—friendly, reassuring and professional throughout the appointment. Together they made a fantastic team and created an environment where I felt listened to, respected and encouraged rather than criticised.
This wasn’t just a hygiene appointment; it was an educational experience that has genuinely motivated me to look after my teeth better. I’ve already booked my next appointment, and I’ve even booked my son in because I want him to experience the same patient, supportive approach.
Thank you both for your exceptional care. Every dental practice should have professionals like Helon and Natasha. Five stars isn’t enough!
After many years of struggling to get my autistic son to see a dentist, we’ve finally found somebody who he is comfortable with and will allow to not only look in his mouth but touch his teeth. Dee is absolutely amazing with him and puts him at ease as soon as we walk through the door and she spends the extra time with him to make sure he’s happy and comfortable. We’re so grateful - thank you 🤩
Helin and Inaya were absolutely amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly approachable. They made my son, who is on the autism spectrum, feel comfortable and understood, taking great care to meet both his sensory and dental needs. They also gave us excellent advice on dental hygiene and practical cleaning techniques. I was quite worried beforehand, but they made the whole experience a very positive one. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be bringing my son back again.
I feel nervous before appts and Dee made me feel really calm for my clean and polish. She showed a genuine interest and gave reasurrance for any concerns I have- plus a few extra tips! I also have Josephine for my check up appts and she is also really helpful. Any questions I have get answered in detail. I have been a patient at this dentist less than a year and my experience has been pleasant, very friendly staff
So so pleased with the service i have received here since joining this dentist. I really feel like all the dentists, assistants and receptionists genuinely care about their patients and it’s so refreshing to see. Had a hygienist appointment today with Hardeep and Chloe and felt so at ease and felt i was in a non-judgmental environment. I also had a check-up with another dentist on Friday (named sophie i think?) who really took her time with me and was able to make me aware of issues that my previous dentist didn’t! I also received really helpful advice and assistance on further steps i can take to improve my dental health and i felt so comfortable throughout. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and i’m so happy to have finally found a great dental practice :)

I had a very positive experience during my dental appointment. From the moment I arrived, the reception team provided a warm, friendly, and professional welcome, which immediately put me at ease.
Seeing Dr Sophie was equally reassuring. The appointment was calm, thorough, and informative. Dr Sophie took the time to explain everything clearly and offered valuable advice on improving daily teeth hygiene, with a particular focus on supporting long‑term gum health. The guidance was practical, easy to understand, and extremely helpful.
Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I truly appreciate the high standard of care, professionalism, and good humour shown throughout the visit.
I have recently completed the full cosmetic treatment of my teeth, including crowns, veneers and some missing teeth being replaced with some very comfortable dentures, and I want to thank Asim and Chloe so much for their patient and very expert work. They never failed to put me at ease and explain everything clearly. My teeth had always been quite small and now look beautiful, perfect and gleaming.
