Cancelled my appointments then informed me i didnt attend, I explained I received text to say they were cancelled receptionist said it wasnt her, and her tone and manner was very rude. This isn't the first time she has been rude. Do not recommend and I will be lo9king for a new professional dentist practice.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this clinic. When I requested a refund for a retainer that was unsuitable because it caused me severe pain, I was harassed by three receptionists who were on duty that morning (two Asian women and one Black woman). Rather than dealing with my refund professionally, they repeatedly raised their voices and insisted that I had to continue wearing the retainer for a day or even a week, despite my explaining that it was unbearably painful and that I was physically unable to wear it. Reception staff are not legally or professionally qualified to provide medical advice or make clinical decisions. Under General Dental Council standards, only registered dental professionals are permitted to provide diagnoses, treatment plans and clinical instructions regarding dental appliances. Despite this, the receptionists instructed me to continue wearing the retainer instead of referring the matter to a dentist. Instead of processing my refund request, two of the receptionists called the police and falsely alleged that I had threatened them. I categorically deny this allegation and have reported the matter to the Metropolitan Police for investigation. I have submitted a detailed formal complaint to Colosseum Dental UK's Head Office and requested that the Practice Manager, Ms Momena Khatun, contact me to discuss the incident and my refund request. If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will report the practice and the Practice Manager to the General Dental Council and the Care Quality Commission regarding the conduct of the practice, including allowing medically unqualified reception staff to give clinical instructions to patients. During the incident I also informed staff that I am a disabled person. Despite this, the harassment continued. I am therefore also pursuing the matter as disability discrimination. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic as I have read of other pateints been harrassed by the daytime staff, two asian woman and a black one.There is a serious problem with the staff management of this clinic and the head office clearly oversees that and let is happened.

I just finished my final session at Amelia Street Dental Clinic and had an excellent experience. Dr. Taykay was extremely professional and engaging throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided great recommendations. The treatment felt very therapeutic, which I truly appreciated. Five stars—well done!

Hygienist made me feel completely at ease. I have previously found these appointments quite painful but he was very professional, thorough and I felt very relaxed and was very happy with the end result. Very professional, knowledgeable and his experience really showed.

Very disappointing experience. My appointments were cancelled several times, even after being confirmed, and I was also booked with the wrong dentist. I paid for my initial assessments and treatment, and now I have to move to another dentist and pay again just to continue my care. Poor communication, repeated cancellations, and very frustrating service. I would not recommend.

I am writing to formally express my deep concerns regarding the treatment I received at Amelia Street Dental Clinic. On the 17th of Dec 25, I experienced a distressing incident of being mugged, which left me in urgent need of dental care and support. Unfortunately, not only was my situation overlooked, but I was also removed from the clinic’s care, despite the urgency of my condition. I am particularly concerned about the apparent lack of empathy and support from the staff. It was disheartening to witness an overall dismissive attitude, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Moreover, I observed that some staff members, particularly those of Asian descent, seemed to display a bias that impacted the quality of care provided to patients of colour. This raises serious concerns about the clinic’s commitment to equality and non-discrimination. It is troubling that, despite the clinic having ample time to assist me before this incident, they chose to withdraw support when I genuinely needed it. This not only reflects poorly on the clinic’s values but also endangers the well-being of patients who rely on their care Additionally, I must highlight that I have been a loyal patient at this clinic for over 15 years. Throughout this long-standing relationship, I have consistently received care (which has not been straightforwards it has been accusations and Misinformation shared between staff members., yet the way I was treated during this recent incident is both shocking and disheartening. Just awful..

This dental clinic is terrible. Had an appointment a few times at this place. Told I didn’t have no cavities when I did, I just had an appointment for my autistic daughter, I was late by 5 minutes and they refused to see her although I had already called to let them know I was running late due to my daughters severe special needs the school had difficulty getting her out of school. I would highly recommend before considering this dentist to explore your options the staff specially the receptionist is horrible and not understanding to people’s needs at all horrible clinic horrible customer service and dental service in general.
