After many years of undergoing intense dental procedures, I can confidently say that the level of care I’ve received at Align & Smile has been truly exceptional across both of my appointments.
A special thank you to Dentist Mairaj Mazhar and assistant Shahina for their outstanding professionalism and compassionate approach. From the very beginning, I experienced consistently great service from all staff, including excellent communication and support from the reception team.
My tooth extraction appointment, which I would normally find quite daunting, was handled with such care and reassurance. Mairaj took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, helping me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Her calm and confident approach, combined with Shahina’s support, made what is usually an intense experience feel smooth and manageable.
Both appointments were conducted with efficiency, care, and attention to detail, and the follow-up communication has been equally impressive, showing a genuine commitment to patient wellbeing.

I had a really positive experience with Dr. Obadah. He was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. I was quite nervous going in, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and handled everything with real care and patience. You can tell he genuinely wants his patients to feel comfortable and looked after. I really appreciate the way he treated me and would definitely recommend him to others.
Today was my first time visiting this dentist and I felt extremely comfortable and taken care of. I had a teeth clean with Dr. Obadah. He was extremely patient and informed me very well of all steps needed to take to better my dental health! Will definitely be taking everything he advised me on board and visiting again in a few months :)

Dentist: Mairat was extremely calming as she walked me through my treatment, the information she gave was helpful and soon eased my tensions and worries.
She continued to reassure and make me feel comfortable through the process.
Nurse: Oksara was great during my treatment and also made me feel at ease. She gave me helpful advice and aftercare. Highly recommend
Eranthi and the reception staff provided excellent service.
I had an emergency NHS appointment and they helped me with everything I needed.
During the appointment, Eranthi was polite and careful. She explained my condition as well as the next steps that I need to take very clearly.

Dr. Maaz is an incredibly kind and gentle dentist. My 7-year-old daughter absolutely loves him and always felt comfortable and calm during her appointments. The way he gently dealt with her teeth made such a difference—he has a wonderful manner with children.
She was genuinely sad to hear that he won’t be there anymore and that he’ll be replaced, which says everything about the bond and trust he built with her. He was such a nice dentist, and we’ll really miss him. Thank you, Dr. Maaz, for making dental visits a positive experience for my child.
