These guys seriously deserve a shout-out! Everyone is super helpful, from the receptionists down to the dentists themselves. No one tries to upsell you anything, they explain everything step by step and if you have more medical knowledge, they are more than happy to take the time and break down the exact disease processes and how to treat and prevent it for the future.
We went as private patients and even then, no upselling! They prefer a step by step approach, trying their best to preserve native teeth and educate regarding good oral hygiene practices.
Special shoutouts to Dr Jamil and Dr Amina for their years of experience and solid work ethic.
I was referred to the dental clinic by the NHS 111 service. I was impressed by their excellent customer service, promptly updating on the waiting time.
The dentist I saw was good and diligent.
The environment was exceptionally clean and airy.
My only drawback was about me not needing anything more than antibiotics 🤗

The work that was completed by my dentist was sufficient. However, I had other dental issue that my dentist refused to even considered, which was very disappointing; as I spoke to her in confidence about my large issue. And, that addressing this dental problem would improve my overall self of value and the confidence this work on my oral, emotional and physical outlook for me as a person and the difference this much needed dental work would bring to my personal self worth and psychological benefit this extra dental care would bring into my life.
I had a really positive experience with Abbey Dental. My crown fell out unexpectedly and they were able to see me the very next morning before I went to work, which I really appreciated.
The whole team were polite, friendly and very efficient. The dentist who treated me (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) was excellent and gave me clear and helpful advice about future treatment options.
I’m very grateful for how quickly they helped me and the professionalism shown throughout. I will definitely be using Abbey Dental again and would highly recommend them.
Proud to say this is my practice! Some of the best team, and are truly for the people. It makes a difference when you know your dentist is willing to go above and beyond in the name of your comfort and care. Had two root canals same day. Dr Rachel and her team undeniable. Saved my smile DING✨
Treatment was good but the follow response was not good. I had a clean up for my wisdom teeth and they didn’t say anything about mouth wash or anything seeing my situation- just gave antibiotics and rushed me to out that things will be fine (explained situation about longer term but forgot to give clear advise for short term). I suffered with heavy pain, called them very next day morning and got advise very vaguely that we have to use mouth wash, tooth paste etc and if we got any issues contact NHS. This is not something anyone will expect when someone call you on the very next day that the pain is there. Treat a patient like you treat a human, not like a Robot. My copilot/Chat Gpt gave better care and inputs than a fellow dentist.
Dr Shital Sojitra has been my family dentist and we will not move anywhere else. She is very professional, knows her job efficiently and keeps one calm even when being injected..She is good.
Also, a big thank you to the team picking phones, Nowadays, I have not waited for an hour till a call is picked, they are very efficient as well. Than you Team..
Clean but staff and doctors are very dismissive and robotic. I came in for an emergency treatment via NHS and was constantly dismissed and unheard and made to feel unwelcomed by the reception with they almost machine like sentences that was repeated multiple times with zero emotional connection. Doctor was gentle and kind but dismissive of any concerns or pains that I brought forward cause she feels it it’s an emergency appointment and won’t address any painful issues even tho I felt it relates to the main issue that came in for.
My wife is registered there and when I asked if I could also register was also dismissed with the same robotic answer. Again and again. Needs improvement in terms of customer service quality
