After almost 2 months of suffering from severe knee pain, I finally found the right care and treatment through Dr. Netra Bahadur Karki and the amazing team at ICARE. Together with Dr. Mir Nizam Ali Khan, they took the time to properly assess my condition and help identify the real cause of my pain.
Dr. Netra performed the procedure to remove the fluid from my knee and the relief after the treatment was incredible. I truly appreciate how professional, accommodating and supportive everyone was throughout the process, from the doctors to the radiologist and nurses.
The teamwork and care they showed made me feel comfortable and reassured during a very difficult time. Thankfully, my pain is now gone and I’m very grateful for the excellent treatment and service I received.
