عند السوال عن التغطية للتأمين كان الجواب العلاج مغطى وتم العلاج بوضع لاصق تاج الضرس لأتفاجأ بالنهاية بدفع مبلغ 254 درهم وعند الاستفسار كان الجواب التأمين لم يوافق على التغطية لذالك انا مستاء جدا كان يجب عليهم ابلاغي اذا كنت موافق على العلاج

I had an excellent experience at Drs. Nicolas & Asp Dental Clinic. Both Dr. Ana Luisa Santos and Dental Hygienist Swetha Deepak were outstanding throughout my visit. Dr. Ana Luisa Santos was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment. Swetha Deepak was equally exceptional—thorough, gentle, and very attentive during the hygiene treatment. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the experience surprisingly comfortable and pleasant. The entire team was welcoming, and the clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized. I would highly recommend Dr. Ana Luisa Santos, Swetha Deepak, and the team at Drs. Nicolas & Asp to anyone looking for high-quality dental care in Dubai. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I’ve always been a bit nervous about dental visits, but Dr. Ana Luisa Santos completely changed that for me. She is so gentle and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. She is an amazing dentist and an even better person. I recently visited the practice for a hygiene appointment followed by a repair to a small chip on my front tooth, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I first saw Dr. Anna, the dental hygienist, who was incredibly thorough and professional. My scale and polish was completely pain-free, and I left with sparkling clean teeth. She made the whole appointment comfortable and took great care throughout. It was such a positive experience that I’ll definitely be keeping up with my regular hygiene appointments with her. Following this, I saw Dr. Ana Luisa to have a small chip on my front tooth repaired. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly attentive, gentle, and professional. She took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment, ensuring I understood exactly what was required. Before carrying out the repair, she also completed a comprehensive check of my teeth and overall oral health, which I really appreciated as it showed how much she genuinely cares about her patients’ wellbeing. The result is absolutely perfect—you would never know my front tooth had ever been chipped. The repair is completely seamless, and I am delighted with the outcome. I would highly recommend both Dr. Anna and Dr. Ana Luisa to anyone looking for caring, skilled, and meticulous dental professionals. Thank you both for such an outstanding experience. Very good experience with Drs. Nicolas & Asp Dental Center. I have been going there for few years now and I'm satisfied with their services. Dr Swetha is a good and gentle hygienist. Dr Stella is very professional and helped me with all my issues. Receptionists are very friendly and communication is easy and efficient. Highly recommended.
