I had a great experience at this dental clinic! The staff were very welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and very well-organized. Special thanks to my doctor,Doc Fatima🫡who was incredibly kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly before starting the procedure, which really helped me feel at ease. The treatment was smooth and almost painless, and I truly appreciated the care and attention given throughout the visit. I recently had a tooth extraction,root canal treatment followed by a dental crown at this clinic, and I’m very satisfied with the entire experience.Doctor Fatima explained the root canal process clearly, making sure I understood how the infection would be treated and the tooth preserved. The procedure itself was smooth and surprisingly comfortable. After the root canal filling, Doc Fatima carefully prepared and placed the crown, which fits perfectly and looks very natural. I can now eat and smile with confidence again! Big thanks to you Doc Fatima and the team for their professionalism, gentle care, and attention to detail. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for dental care.

Today I visited Saiganesh Dental Clinic, Satwa, for a dental appointment. The clinic's working hours were until 9:00 PM, but due to heavy traffic, I reached around 9:15 PM. I had informed the clinic that I would be late, and Ms. Sangeetha from the administration team kindly called me and assured me, Don't worry, sir, we will wait for you. When I arrived, I was genuinely surprised and touched to see that the entire team was still there waiting for me. They told me they stayed back because they knew I was on the way. This level of dedication and commitment to patient care is truly remarkable. From the moment I entered, I received personalized attention. Mr. Altaf at the reception promptly handled my insurance approval process. After that, Dr. Aswathy carefully examined my teeth and explained the treatment plan. She then performed the treatment with the assistance of Nurse Anjana. The treatment was excellent, professional, and completed successfully around 11:00 PM. What impressed me the most was that the entire team stayed until my treatment was completed, despite it being well past their closing time. Their professionalism, kindness, and patient focused approach made me feel truly valued. My sincere thanks to Dr. Aswathy for the excellent treatment, Ms. Sangeetha for her care and support, Mr. Altaf for efficiently managing the insurance process, Nurse Anjana for her assistance, and the entire team of Saiganesh Dental Clinic for their outstanding service. I’d like to share my experience with Dr. Anmol during my dental cleaning and tooth filling. She was very patient and handled everything so gently that I didn’t feel any discomfort at all, which really put me at ease. What I appreciated the most is how clearly she explained each step before and during the procedure. It made me feel informed and comfortable the whole time. She’s also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the visit even more pleasant. I’d also like to thank her assistant Anjala, who was very supportive and attentive throughout. Together, they made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I truly appreciate the care I received.

It was the first time that I had ever gone through a dental treatment which made me feel conscious about the process a lot. However the team made it seem as smooth as possible. I booked an appointment for a normal checkup and realised some minor filling was needed to be done. Having agreed to get it done, I underwent the process immediately. It’s worth appreciating the care that was taken to ensure the process is completed as smoothly as possible.
