I had an excellent experience at Dr. Michael Dental Clinic in Al Wasl. The staff were professional, caring, and made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and provides great service. A special thank you to Jess at reception for her outstanding service — she was warm, attentive, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality dental care.

The clinic itself is very nice, clean and the staff is super welcoming. Our orthodontist there is Dr. Heidi and she is amazing! Not only she's a kind hearted person, she's also very professional, always takes the time to give clear explanations and reassurance whenever we have questions. Even my kids love to visit her she's very gentle on their little smiles I recommend her completely and blindly!

I had a great experience at Dr. Michael's Dental Clinic in Jumeirah, Dubai, and I’d like to give special thanks to Jess for the outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit and handled everything smoothly and efficiently. I’d also like to commend the doctor for the excellent treatment. The procedure was explained clearly, done with great care, and completely put me at ease. The level of professionalism and expertise truly stood out, and I felt confident that I was in very good hands. It’s not often you come across a team that genuinely cares about patients and goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. Jess and the doctor made my visit stress-free and pleasant. Whenever I need dental treatment, Dr Michael’s is my go to Clinic. The customer service from the reception and barista they are warmed and soooo polite big shoutout to Alexis and Jesska. The doctors especially Dr Haidi are really passionate and very informative whenever they’re doing the treatment. ✨

A couple of years ago, my husband and I came to the clinic by chance, and we were incredibly lucky to have Dr. Haidi as our orthodontist. She is a true professional, and thanks to her, my dream came true — I now have straight and beautiful teeth. She successfully corrected my lower teeth alignment, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Dr. Haidi combines exceptional expertise with genuine care for her patients. She is always friendly, attentive, and supportive, making every appointment a pleasant experience. Over the years, she has become more than just our doctor — she has become a friend of our family.
