I had a great experience at Dr. Joy Dental Clinic with Dr. Lama for my son. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and friendly, which really helped my child feel comfortable. Dr. Lama was incredibly patient, gentle, and professional. She explained everything clearly and made sure my son was at ease throughout the visit. It’s not always easy to find a dentist who is so good with children, but she handled everything with care and kindness. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and very child-friendly. Overall, I’m very happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Dr. Lama for anyone looking for a great pediatric dental experience. Thank you for taking such good care of my son!

Dr. Joy Dental Clinic at Dubai Hills provides an excellent standard of care, and my recent root canal treatment with Dr. Nazima was a very positive experience. She was extremely professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure, taking time to explain each step clearly. The treatment was smooth and far more comfortable than expected, which truly reflects her expertise and precision. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-organized, creating a calm and welcoming environment. I had an emergency root canal at Dr Joy Dental Clinic, Dubai Hills Mall, and I’m extremely thankful to Dr. Marjan and Dr. Nazima for their outstanding care. They were calm, professional, and very reassuring during what was a stressful emergency. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The treatment was smooth, and I felt immediate relief afterward. The clinic is well-organized, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I spent about 2 years at Dr. Joy Dental Clinic and I can honestly say it was one of the better experiences I’ve had with healthcare in Dubai. Dr. Laura Nogues Rosel handled my braces treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She was professional, precise, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. But the person I want to highlight most is Dr. Nazima Yakubova. I’ve seen a lot of doctors over the years, but I haven’t come across many like her. What sets her apart is that she genuinely cares about the final result — not just completing the procedure. She pushes for the best possible outcome and doesn’t compromise when it comes to quality. There was a moment during my treatment when she could have taken the easy route, but she didn’t — because she wasn’t satisfied with anything less than the right result for me. That kind of integrity is rare and I deeply appreciate it. I also want to mention Dārta from the management team. She was incredibly helpful throughout my time at the clinic — always responsive, always trying to find solutions, and genuinely kind. It made a real difference. Overall a great clinic with people who actually care. Highly recommend.

I had my dental cleaning done at Dr. Joy Dental Clinic with Dr. Shahd Khuder, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Shahd was very welcoming, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was completely transparent about the process. She did a thorough and gentle cleaning, and I really appreciated how attentive and professional she was throughout. It’s not always easy to feel comfortable during dental visits, but she made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dental hygienist.
