I took my three children to the dentist
2 days before the end of the insurance at first of December
which will renew automatically at that date.
They refused to send a request to the health insurance saying that it would be refused
I told them to do it any way but they insisted
The next day I talked to the insurance told them what happened, they asked me to tell Aster to send the request and it will be approved as we have a balance
So I called Aster again to explain the situation but they refused again
I thought they could be right or the insurance wrong so I called the insurance again, they asked me to go to Aster and call them from there and they will explain to Aster that they should do what we are asking them to do.
At that point, there were only a few hours to midnight when the balance will fade away but I decided not to go there not to have a problem with them and because I didn't want to have any treatment from them.

Amazing experience. Dr. Shahd Balla was extremely informative, and made sure I received the correct tests and I was diagnosed same day. Which was great as I had been in a lot of pain prior. No guessing games, no unnecessary tests that costs an arm and a leg. Her ability to make informed decisions and quickly is impressive. In addition, she was extremely friendly, professional, and polite.
The nurses had been great. They had taken my blood twice in one day and each time I didn't feel any pain. They were polite, quick, but attentive. Very skilled nurses!

We had an excellent experience at Aster Clinic, Remraam. Dr. Sumayya is truly outstanding highly experienced, extremely caring, and very attentive. She took the time to listen patiently and explained everything clearly, which made us feel comfortable and confident about the treatment.
The administration and nursing staff also deserve special appreciation. They were professional, friendly, and very well organized. The waiting time was minimal, and the doctor booking process was fast and smooth, which made the entire visit stress free.
Overall, it is a very well managed clinic with compassionate healthcare professionals. Highly recommended.
