I was in and out very quickly. I had to get an Xray. I paid cash for everything. Transparent pricing told before each service. The NP was very knowledgeable and timely.
All the staff were very nice. If i ever have the unfortunate chance to need to go to an urgent care, I will go out of my way to come to this one specifically.
Be sure to complete the forms online before visiting. It moves things along faster.
I didn’t get a call back with my official chest Xray results. That’s the only reason for the 1 star deduction. I believe following up is important to make the patient feel

On 6/14/26 at around 5:30pm, I told the guy at the front desk I’m here to do a mono rapid test. He said you just want to do a mono rapid test? I said yes. He told me how much it costs and he didn’t tell me they take insurance. I had to tell him I have insurance and put in my insurance information online from the QR code. He said I can sit and wait. So I waited an hour to be called. He called me and basically told me they don’t accept my insurance and went over pricing again for the rapid testing. I didn’t tell him I was interested in paying out of pocket so he didn’t need to tell me that. He said if you test positive you’ll have to see provider and pay for that too. That was irrelevant because I didn’t even do the test yet. He was being negative. Washing bad upon me. And I don’t feel comfortable getting testing done here now.
This was my first time at this Urgent care, it was clean, I did not have to wait long at all, the lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. The NP John Singidas and his medical assistant were wonderful. They took their time to explain everything. They were caring and compassionate. It's the best urgent care I've ever been to, highly recommend.
They were great! Patient, thorough, informative. And they were able to diagnose my sickness and prescribe appropriate medication. The only problem was they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, which delayed me getting my antibodies by a day. Hence the 4 stars. So just make sure you specify your pharmacy if they don't ask. But otherwise they were excellent. I will definitely be back!
Smooth, timely, clean, friendly, professional! I was there for a cyst that needed to be extracted and drained. I got there at 4:40 for my 4:50 appointment. By 5:05pm I was in a room and by 5:45pm I was done! The NP Bree was so kind and helpful. I was nervous, but she was very kind and we got through it with no problems. The nurse and receptionist were also both lovely. Truly the best urgent care experience I’ve had. So easy.
I had to edit this to better reflect the care available here. Daniel, whether as receptionist or nurse, is always kind and attentive. He is what you would want in a medical staff. Brie, the NP or PA, attended to me months ago, when I came in for a cardiac event. She was concerned, thorough, and professional. I don't want to take away from their kudos because of the treatment of one or two other staff. The zero/one star review O left yesterday was because I was reeling from the mistreatment I'd just received. I may have contributed by poorly communicating my concerns initially, but the two culprits refused to listen after a point. I would think they'd be aware patients under the extreme stress of pain and fear could have a hard time expressing themselves. I will leave the original review below. I just had to amend it to give props the good care offered by the majority of staff here. My advice, ask ahead to be sure Kevin isn't the head PA or NP.
I can't believe I had such a horrible and dehumanizing experience today, after Brie helped me so effectively and professionally last time. That visit would have gotten a four or five star review. This time Kevin was on duty and he exemplifies what is wrong with American healthcare; a combination of incompetence and cruelty. . I don't know the name of the nurse, but he didn't even take my blood pressure. While I was trying to describe my concern, he cut me off and said, tell that to Kevin (the non-doctor) who didn't listen to any of it when he came in.
I left without any attention to my major concern. I will always call ahead to see who's working next time.
It's so disheartening to go for medical care and end up leaving without help, being demoralized on top of that. BTW, "Kevin" came out when he heard me complain to the receptionist and tried to further intimidate and threaten me in front of other customers (we couldn't be called patients, as that would imply receiving medical care). Maybe he was having a hard day, but performing despite that is the mark of a professional.
I had a sore throat for several days that was getting worse and it was so painful to swallow. My husband called the front desk 20 minutes before they closed asking if we could still come in and they said yes. When we got there, the front desk guy was super nice and quick to get me checked in. The assistant and the doctor saw me immediately and were all very kind and got me the treatment I needed. Overall I would highly recommend this place! It was my first visit and I 100% would go back if needed.

The staff was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly. We never felt rushed and felt well taken care of throughout the visit.

He was gentle, attentive, and made the experience much easier for us.
Highly recommended, especially for families with young children.
