In as much as probably few people if any want to do an MRI, this place made it as good an experience as it possibly could be.
I was seen immediately. The nurse that took me back to where I got changed and then took me into the room was extremely polite and caring. The gentleman who was in there was equally as nice. I had to have an IV with contrast so he explained the process very well.
I was given ear plugs plus what are supposed to be noise canceling headphones which helped with the obnoxious sound of the machine which still seems to be the same after so many years.
It was done in 20 minutes as they said it would be.
Everything is clean and spotless. The building validates for parking so it could not have been easier. If I have to have this done again, I'm going to try and come back here.
As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and patient with me. I waited about 15 minutes in the lobby, which was reasonable. The entire experience was great, and everyone took the time to provide clear explanations and answer my questions without making me feel overwhelmed. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would recommend this place to others.

I always choose Beverly Tower Wilshire whenever my doctors request imaging because I consistently receive excellent care from their staff. Everyone is professional, courteous, and welcoming.

Scheduling an appointment online was smooth and uncomplicated. I had many option for a same day X-ray. Parking was a breeze downstairs and they validated at check in. I was brought into a room within five minutes. The technician was kind thoughtful.
Very elegant office, but in a nice way. Not super-crowded as some medical offices are. Nice young lady at the desk. There was an online check-in service which I had already used at home so there was no dreary paperwork to do. My wait-time was short and the young man administering the procedure was very kind and pleasant. The entire procedure can’t have taken any more than 25 or 30 minutes and I was as free to go. All in all, a very good experience.

The team provides truly professional service and manages patients with great care. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and had a very positive attitude. I especially appreciated how they greeted me with a warm smile and treated me with such grace.
