Friendly atmosphere and staff. As a new patient I was not certain that I would be treated on my first visit, but was. Dr. Henderson and her staff reviewed my issue and addressed it in the same appointment. Next, they completed my assessment and have scheduled a follow-up with an additional procedure scheduled for a later date. Great people who respected my concerns and caution. See you all soon. Dr. Miranda Ewelukwa did an excellent job! Her knowledge about my issues was second to none! She was able to communicate my diagnosis and treatment in a matter of seconds. I felt comfortable with the information she discovered and shared. This information was a whole lot better and useful than the minimal information I received from her co-worker Lauren Snitzer I saw on Friday 3/20/26. Due to that prior lackluster visit I knew I definitely had to get a second opinion from Dr Miranda E. As usual Dr. Miranda E. was really kind and patient. What impressed me most was her kindness and heartfelt empathy she portrayed after I told her my husband just died January 29th. For this she will forever have a special place in my heart. This shows she has a good heart which is an essential part of being a good doctor…. It plays a major role in excellent bedside manners, which is what she portrayed!

I am 83 years old. On 4/24/2026, It was the first time in over three years I saw Dr. Lauren Snitzer after seeing several other referred Dermatologist regarding Alopecia, to NO avail! I had many questions regarding several dermatological issues I had. She is an Excellent and Awesome human being and Dermatologist, she is a very humble human being, unselfishly goes over and beyond to take the time to accommodate me. Words cannot express her professional and personal approach to my concern. she is excellent listener, caring, kindness, thoughtfulness, highly professional, respectful, unusually patients, also, very efficient, and effective. She is a very humble human being, unselfishly goes over and beyond to take the time to listen to all my issues and eager to help me, and answer all my questions. What caught my attention was her professional effectiveness, efficiency and capability to sort out everything she heard and concentrate on my Alopicia the main reason I was seeing her for. I trust her implicitly! Jasica, doctor Snitzer medical assistant, was just as accommodating, professional, respectful, kind, awesome, very pleasant, and helpful. They make an absolutely Excellent team! They cared about me as if I was a precious member of their family! Dr. Ewelekwa is awesome! I have been seeing her for about 5 years and it is refreshing to have a doctor that understands skin/scalp issues that are prominent in African Americans. She is very knowledgeable and has provided me with helpful solutions.

I had a random, really bad eczema flare up and was stressed trying to find someone who could see me quickly. I called the clinic and they were able to get me in the same week with Jennifer Henderson, PA-C, which I really appreciated. They were on time with the appointment, so I didn’t have to miss much work. That honestly made a difference for me. Jennifer and her assistant were both very kind and took the time to really listen to all my concerns instead of rushing through the visit. She prescribed me creams and explained how to use them. I’m already seeing positive results after just one day, which is such a relief. I’ll definitely be back for my follow-up in 4 weeks. Highly recommend!

Dr. Snitzer was absolutely wonderful—truly exceptional and went above and beyond. She made me feel heard, cared for, and completely at ease every step of the way. Her MA was also kind and supportive, which made the whole experience even better. I’m so grateful for the care I received.

Been going to Dr. Snitzer for several years now. She’s very good imo and has excellent staff, both medical and administrative. She’s friendly and very approachable; great ‘bedside manner.’

Dr. Lauren Snitzer is a great doctor! She is always on time, and she asks what your concerns are. She is very thorough when doing whole body exams, and treats any problem areas that she finds.
