I called Stone Oak Ophthalmology Center in the hope that I could get a same-day appointment because I had an eye emergency. They got me in, I saw the doctor promptly and she immediately referred me to a retinal specialist and make sure I was seen immediately by them. I was able to have a laser procedure to fix a tear in my retina just hours after my appointment. I am so impressed with the way I was treated starting with the assistant who helped me over the phone who made sure I was seen that day. What a caring, professional practice this is and I strongly recommend Dr.Waters. She was amazing.
My wife and I are both longtime patients of Dr Young. She masterfully performed our cataract surgeries (mine being very difficult due to radial keratomy I had in the 1980’s). Her staff take such good care of us during our annual checkups. We would never want anyone else touching our eyes. Thanks again, Dr. Young. See you next year.
This clinic was excellent in several ways! First I had a minimal wait, I was seen promptly by the assistant, who was incredibly patient with my vision choices (which is better, 1 or 2?). Dr. Waters was very thorough with the exam & I loved that she explained so much of what I needed to know. The contac lens clinician was also excellent, and everyone was kind and helpful! WOW!
Yesterday was my first appointment with a Dr Panday And from the minute, I walked into the facility I was a little taken back by how big it was. It felt very cookie-cutter. But I was completely wrong in my assumption. From the receptionist to each step of the process, everybody was so fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable, interactive, and you felt like there wasn’t other people there you felt like everything was about your appointment at that time. Dr Panday was fantastic. She’s so easy to talk to. She’s got a sense of humor, which is important for me and I absolutely recommend this place. And then when it was time to order some new glasses, the Assistant was absolutely my soul sister. She totally got my whole persona about glasses are a statement and she made the experience the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this eye doctor whether you need an ophthalmologist or an optometrist cause they offer both. Can’t wait to pick up my new glasses.
I have been a patient with Stone Oak Ophthalmology for many years. I have been completely satisfied with both the quality of care and the quality of personnel. Everyone is kind and displays signs of empathy and knowledge. I feel like I am in very good hands whether I am with the technicians or with Dr. Allison Young, who has taken great personal care of me for years. She has a great “bedside” manner! My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Young and her practice for approximately 15 years. Overall, I can't say enough good things about the care we have received at Stone Oak Ophthalmology Center. Dr. Young is the consummate professional and a truly caring doctor. Yesterday, in Dr. Young's absence, I was seen by Dr. Waters for an eye condition that developed over this past weekend. Dr. Waters was equally professional and caring. The practice also has a professional, competent, and helpful staff. I have purchased glasses at their "eye boutique" and was very satisfied with the service provided by the optical manager, Nicole.
