Absolutely an amazing experience! The staff was all so welcoming and informative throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or obligated to do it. They provided me all the necessary information and let me make the decision on my own.
The facility itself is absolutely beautiful and top of the line! I would do it all over again, if needed.
Honestly it’s been the best experience! Being that I wore glasses since I was 3 and contacts since I was in middle school, it’s been life changing.
Now I can focus on my career as a law enforcement officer & not worry about my vision at night! 🤍
The overall experience at Parkhurst Nuvision is top tier. The staff is extremely friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable and willing to answer all the questions I had. This facility was highly recommended by my optometrist as the place he would (and had) sent his own family members to for lasik eye surgery. My only complaint and reason for a single star removal is that on the day of my evaluation/assessment for surgery I was in the office for three hours. The actual assessment portion with the tools/machines and various eye exams was what I would estimate a normal duration. It was the significant time in between, waiting in the room for 45 minutes at a time between tests or evaluations that was less than desirable. I would still highly rate this facility and all of its staff to my own family and friends but that aspect of my experience could have been better.
I had such a wonderful experience with Parkhurst NuVision! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Before my EVO ICL, I relied on glasses every day and could not see anything without them, so I decided to get a consultation with the dream of entering my specialized career without glasses.
The day of the surgery was smooth and the nurses, surgeon, and staff were kind and made me feel comfortable. My surgeon was Dr. Parker, who was calm throughout the surgery. The procedure only took four minutes per eye. There was no pain at all, and you just see a light show. Afterwards, I could see 20/15 in both eyes within my 1 month post-op! If you’re wanting to get vision correction surgery without glasses or contacts, this is the place to schedule a consultation and discuss your options! As someone who has worn glasses for 10+ years, waking up and being able to see without them has been an amazing experience. Parkhurst NuVision has changed my life.
We had an excellent experience at Nuvision from start to finish. My mom had cataract surgery in both eyes, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. From verifying insurance to the follow-up calls after surgery, everything was seamless and well organized.
The staff was kind, patient, and thorough in answering all of our questions. The surgical team made my mom feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. We are truly grateful for such a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!
Should you need any type of eye surgery. This is the place to go. Very extensive eye exam. Excellent staff and Dr's. Every detail of what to expect is covered. Had cataract surgery on my right eye and on my day after exam was seeing 20/15. 1 week check up still 20/15. Can't wait to get the other eye done.
My experience at Parkhurst has been top notch.
The staff is quite literally the friendliest staff that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with at any place if business. The doctors were very informative and comforting, plus the cookies in the lobby are delicious.
My lasik procedure took all of what felt like 5 minutes, completely pain free, and almost zero discomfort. A staff member stood with my girlfriend as the procedure was happening and she walked her through every step and explained the procedure in real time.
Post op: post op was pretty easy. I used the eye drops as instructed and it eased 95% of the discomfort that I had in the first few hours. I took a 2.5 hour nap, and all discomfort was virtually gone.
The next morning I woke up with absolutely no discomfort and no need for my glasses.
This has been overall a 10/10 experience and I’m extremely happy with my procedure.
The team at Parkhurst was amazing when I got my ICLs done! They were very thorough in all the pre surgery appointments and the day of the procedure went very smoothly and quickly. I felt very well taken care of the entire time and everyone was so nice! Highly recommend to anyone looking to get out of glasses/contacts and correct your vision!!
I am the day after my lens replacement surgery and the experience has been great. The staff at the surgery center was very professional and helpful. They explained everything that was going to happen and asked how I was doing along the way. The procedure was completely painless. I noticed my vision was better immediately. There was mild discomfort the day of the surgery, kind of like having a grain of sand in your eye, but that was completely gone when I woke up the next morning. Parkhurst Nuvision was recommended to me and I will be happy to recommend them to others.
