I had an excellent experience at my eye doctor appointment. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office was clean, organized, and comfortable, which made the visit stress-free.
The doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain each part of the exam in a clear and reassuring way. I really appreciated how they answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I fully understood my eye health and prescription options. It never felt rushed, and I felt genuinely cared for as a patient.
The exam itself was smooth and modern, using up-to-date equipment that made the process quick and comfortable. The staff also did a great job helping me with frame and lens options, offering helpful recommendations without any pressure.
Overall, this was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for knowledgeable, friendly, and professional eye care.
The Alamo Vision team runs like a well oiled machine. From the schedulers to the doctors, they provide professional, expedient , and polite service. They will not let you down.
My wife and I have using this practice in excess of 10 years. We are always pleased w/ the service from each member of the team, front counter, techs and of course Dr. Nguyen. He is extremely personable and comfortable to work with. Continuity with him is also beneficial in that he tracks our vision history and advises accordingly. For example two years ago my wife's prescription did not require adjustment, mine did. This year mine did not, while wife's did. Also as we age, he is tracking our status re potential need for cataract treatment. All speak to our confidence being in his carre.
The doctors are excellent; however, where the prescription is filled the front office is in my opinion lacking a sense of humor. In particular one woman who works at the front desk. This made me feel most uncomfortable. The doctor assured me that I should not worry about anything.
Dr. Nguyen was very friendly and knowledgeable but, he does speak very quickly (so make sure you are listening well). His staff was also very friendly as well. My son and I were seen fairly quickly. It was very easy to schedule a same day appointment, as well, for the two of us.
Ms. Farah is the absolute bees knees. Very professional and knowledgeable. A teacher by nature as she patiently explained the importance of eyewear care to my teenage daughter. Our family enjoys coming in because Ms. Farah makes the experience a remarkable one.
I had an excellent experience at Alamo Vision. Dr. Johnson was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining every step of the exam. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident in my eye care. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the entire visit was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommended Alamo Vision and Dr. Johnson to anyone looking for high-quality, attentive eye care.
