From the moment I walked through the door for my very first eye appointment, I was welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Dr. Carlos Pessoa and his entire staff made me feel comfortable and valued every step of the way. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful first visit an exceptional experience.
Dr. Pessoa is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to his patients. His staff is equally outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient. It’s rare to find an office where everyone works together to create such a warm and positive atmosphere.

I normally dread eye appointments because I have a hard time with the assessments but Dr. Carlos really showed his expertise and candor by creating a non judgemental environment. The process was precise, fast and truly world class. I regret not going sooner.
Dr. Erdmacyzak and his team were great from initial intake through my exam. My needs were addressed and I was thoroughly informed of any health changes I may have had. I was in and out. It was a pleasant visit. Thank you.

Dr. Georgia Stephenson was very professional and kind. She was able to treat my issue the same day. The staff was very courteous. My only issue was how long the appointment took before I got to see the doctor. My appointment was at 10:15 AM and it was probably over an hour and a half before I even got to see the doctor other than how long the appointment took my experience overall with the staff and Dr. Stephenson was great. if I would have been seen in a more timely manner, I would’ve given five stars.
What a great place for an eye Exam. From the techs to the optometrist excellent service was delivered all around. Highly recommend the Eye center off San Pedro. To Dr E thank you again for giving me a upfront and expert diagnosis that gives me time to act on. As a retiree it was wonderful that a doctor is still willing to ensure us veterans are taken care of. Kudos to all!
Very positive, staff is absolutely amazing. Warm friendly atmosphere. Dr Nagi takes his time answering your questions and making sure you very comfortable with exams , treatment and most of himself. Such pleasure for me to come to this clinic.
I had an eye exam with Dr Carlos Pessoa. He was very informative and approachable. He was very easy to speak to. He explained everything in a way I was able to understand. I highly recommend!
