I was very nervous going to get my procedure.. but as soon as I met all the staff I was really as ease.. the most wonderful and caring people work there even my Dr was amazing.. prayers to all

The doctor and nursing staff treated me with respect and dignity. My concerns were addressed quickly. I could not have asked for better care. I was able to leave the ER with the knowledge that my care was professional and truly sincere.

I was injured at this hospital. Broken foot and injured elbow from a fall. I was contacted by their insurance company who asked me to sign medical release forms, which I did, they said it would take 6 to 8 months to retrieve records. Then they gave me the run around until the statue of limitations ran out. I had to endure a broken foot for 10 months, 6 weeks of physical therapy on my arm and doctor visit costs out of my own pocket. They said they would reimburse all medical costs but they did not. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU, IMMEDIATELY CONTACT A LAYWER. Do not trust the patient advocate and do not trust their insurance company Common Spirit.

So the actual hospital staff here deserve 5 stars. They were all very kind and helpful to my mother who was getting surgery. However….i took off one star and honestly, this person deserves 0 or negative stars…the Allied Security guard who was working the front desk that day, an older Caucasian, female looking individual with shorter, grey and thinning hair. She was incredibly rude to us. We had arrived early and were informed the check-in receptionist wasn’t there yet. I hadn’t translated this to my mom yet and she was barely trying to pick up the pen of the signature pad. Mind you, my mother is old and can be absentminded. That’s when this security guard literally screamed at her, “NOOOO!!! DON’T TOUCH THAT!! GO SIT OVER THERE!” That was so unprofessional and we’ve never experienced that at any other hospital. So we waited in some lobby chairs. The entire time the security guard was complaining over AirPods about other employees. When the receptionist finally arrived, the security guard immediately starts complaining to her about the same stuff. Everybody else we came into contact with was nice and professional from the receptionist to admission, the Preop staff and the doctors.

I recently visited the ER and was impressed with the care I received from the on-call doctor. He took my concerns seriously, thoroughly explained my diagnosis, and promptly prescribed antibiotics, which led to a quick turnaround in my symptoms. I was grateful for his expertise and compassionate approach. Thank you for providing excellent care!

Been there enough times to know how staff treats their patients. This last experience was terrible. I was treated in triage, like given pain medicine until you're put in a room. I went for a CT scan for stomach/abdominal issues, i was told it would take an hour to get the results. In the meantime, i asked the nurse walking down the hallway (idk if i was her patient) for the results and medicine for nausea. She had attitude. Until she heard me throwing up did she give it to me. The doctor came in shortly with my results and that i would be discharged. I asked him for a shot because after 4ish hours, the medications stop working, right? He didnt like that and said something like the medicine stopped working? Um, my pharmacy was closed so i wouldn't pick up prescriptions till the next day, what am i supposed to do till then? I dont know what was going on, I'm a good patient. Dont bother them unless something is wrong. Don't know but it was awful.

Having a colonoscopy is no fun!! But the nurses and Dr.s at St Luke's do make me feel as comfortable as possible!! I get there early in the morning, wait times are short, and they get down to business!! I am home before noon!! Thank you for your high quality of care!!

Only reason why I’m giving stars is because the staff was very nice and caring but I don’t feel as if I was taken serious. As soon as I said headache everything else was dismissed to me having a migraine. Yes I have migraine history (since elementary school) and this is not it. Explained to the doctor my nonstop intense headache going on just shy of two weeks now after a recent sickness still no other evaluation just stuck on me having a migraine, was given a “migraine cocktail” asked for other options since this particular one has given me a panic attack in the past (which is a common side effect) but doctor was persistent this will help so I tried it because at this point I’m desperate but as expected did absolutely nothing, still here with a horrible headache that has not let up one bit even my teeth hurt I’m in so much pain. I know emergency rooms aren’t a cure all but being dismissed without any guidance of what’s going on with me isn’t how medicine should work
