Although the doctor was fantastic (polite, professional, and thorough), the front desk staff were sloppy in their work, and rude in their deportment. I went into the office for an appointment under a unique situation where I was not to be charged a copay. I patiently explained the situation and showed the proof of this "situation," the clerk and her supervisor had no interest in listening to me or considering the situation with my insurance company.

Everyone there were super nice and helpful. Shania was the person who did the prep for my exam. She was AWESOME. She went through training at Southwestern, at the company's cost. She has been there 6 years and says it is nice working with people. Class company for my first visit!

Excellent! All the way around! I haven't had any issues with Southwestern Eye Center. I find them to be efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. I had a retinal detachment. They squeezed me in, for emergency surgery. I really like Dr. Adelberg. Anytime I've had any questions, they have gotten right back to me with answers.

The whole staff did a fantastic job working with me, its been awhile I been gone from here, but I'm had move to Apache Jct with the same company and the staff was excellent also, then I moved back to Mesa and now I’m back with you guys which I missed so much, glad to be back and thanks for your service did GREAT 👍🏼

I was so thankful that you were able to work me in the same day as Urgent Care said I needed to goto the ED or see OPH stat! Everyone, from the check in desk, to the nurse that did my testing, to Dr Yee and the check out desk were very kind and showed so much compassion! Thank you for all of your assistance!

This review is a bit overdue. The doctors in this facility were great, they appeared profesional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff however, rude and disrespectful in their service. I came to this facility because they mentioned over the phone that they could get me a test that my employer was requesting. When I went in person they appeared to be very agitated and irritated when I showed them on my phone the specific test that I needed and immediately felt that I was being treated as an annoyance. When I got my results, I did not get the specific test that I had requested, and upon requesting them, they made me wait over a week to pick them up. The results that were given to me the second time were also not from the exam that I had taken, and upon going back and forth with the staff, they reluctantly brought a manager who was able to get me the proper results. At the end of the day, I got proper care and did end up getting the paperwork needed for my employer. However, I will not be going be going to this clinic again due to the attitude I received from the front desk personnel.

Normally don’t review doctor offices but I’ve been going here awhile and like most of my many eye appointments I have, I usually can anticipate being there for 2 hours, however yesterday I feel like they made some changes and I was in and out within an hour. So I had to say whatever they did I hope it continues to stay this way. Definitely an improvement I appreciated.

The nurses and doctor were very professional and attentive. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns. In particular, the nurse was extremely dedicated and demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
