I'm very surprised by my poor experience with this practice, given so many excellent reviews. I had an exam and a new contact lens prescription in December. I called a couple of weeks ago to consider a change to my prescription, thinking they would have me come in for an appointment, but instead they said they would speak with the doctor and get me sample lenses to pick up. The staff told me they would call me later and let me know if that could occur. They never called me. I called again two days later. They again promised a call back, to no avail. I called a third time and they were able to get me some sample contact lenses, which I picked up a few hours later. Now, yesterday, I called with a question, interested in finalizing the new prescription and coming in for an appointment if needed. Again, I was promised a call back today, and did not get one prior to their early afternoon Friday closing. Since I can't seem to obtain service from this practice, I'll have to go elsewhere.
My appointment was fine and thorough and I was very happy to have good results. Dr Cohen is very thorough and is very good at explaining the results. He is also very nice to talk to! My only problem was that I had a long wait sitting in the waiting room until he was ready to see me.
“Phenomenal” is the first word that comes to mind. Dr. Cohen and his staff are truly top-notch. My wife and I began seeing Dr. Cohen in the mid-2000s, and during that time we consistently received exceptional care and professionalism.
Due to a work-related relocation out of state, we had to leave the practice. After recently returning to Arizona, we were thrilled to learn that Dr. Cohen and his outstanding team were still serving the community. It has been a pleasure to return to such a trusted and well-run office.
We highly recommend Dr. Cohen and his staff to anyone seeking quality eye care and a welcoming, professional environment.
Outstanding visit with Dr. Cohen and office staff. Dr. Cohen is a skilled and gifted practitioner who went out of his way to explain and clarify in order to present a clear, comprehensive picture of the results of my exam and options.
Dr Cohen has one if not THE best practice I have ever been to! His team is always professional and patient and sincerely takes time with each customer to meet their particular needs. All staff are very knowledgeable and will help educate members about insurance, treatment of care or whatever they need.
Dr Cohen is one of the best doctors I've ever had...and I'm in my '70s! I have had my parents, husband and daughter see him as well. His staff is great as well. That makes a patient's experience all the better.
Dr. Cohen was excellent with our 4-year old son. He made him feel comfortable and the experience of his eye exam enjoyable. He was also very knowledgeable and explained multiple courses of action in great detail. Dr. Cohen is now our son’s favorite doctor.
I came here because I needed help. I was so frustrated with my old eye doctor’s office - they had messed up my eye prescription so many times, I haven’t been able to see clearly for months. From the first phone call to Doctor My Eyes, the staff was helpful, friendly and solutions-oriented. They got me in right away and were able to update my prescription so I can actually see now! I got new contacts and am excited to get my glasses fixed with new lenses. I was also super impressed with their selection of frames - so many cute options…makes me want to get a backup pair just in case! ;) Thank you to the front office staff, the assistants and the doctors for helping me see again. 💕 I will definitely recommend this office to family & friends. You can tell they really care about their patients.
