I couldn’t be happier with my LASIK experience. From start to finish, the entire team was exceptional.
Annysia at the front desk was incredibly helpful with scheduling my procedure and making sure I felt prepared for my post-op care. Bryan was personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had during my consultation, which made me feel completely confident moving forward.
I also want to recognize the optometrist who evaluated my eye exam—I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She carefully explained every part of the procedure, walked me through exactly what I could expect during the operation, and set clear expectations ahead of time. Because of her, there were no surprises once I was in the chair, which made the entire experience feel much less intimidating.
Dr. Perry is truly exceptional at what he does. He made the entire procedure feel effortless. You can tell you’re in the hands of someone who has mastered his craft. The procedure was quick, seamless, and before I knew it, I was walking out with vision that was better than 20/20.
If you’ve been debating whether to schedule a consultation, this is your sign to do it. My only regret is that I didn’t have LASIK done sooner!

Really nervous coming in and hearing all the stories but from the consultation to the procedure staff was so helpful and nice, I got lasik and got better than 20-20 vision almost 20-10 vision. Best investment I made for my self! Huge thank you to Dr. Perry and his staff! Highly recommended!!
Dr. Perry did an amazing job! He was comforting and was very kind before, during, and after my procedure. I highly recommend him if you want to get LASIK done. He completed my procedure in 6mins and talked me through it. Deb and Brian were also great. They were both very helpful and welcoming.
I've had bad eyesight for as long as I can remember and worn glasses since I was 13. It is surreal not only seeing without glasses, but having perfect vision. Traffic lights don't look like sun bursts anymore and I can see details in things like the clouds, trees, mountains, and my children's faces that I don't remember being there.
I was a staunch critic of LASIK and although I am a medical professional myself and understood the procedure, could recognize the safety and the incredible science behind it. My biggest point of contention was that whenever I went to the eye doc, they were wearing glasses. So, if the professionals in the field won't get it then it probably isn't safe/worth the risk. Come to find out glasses sales are 60-70% of their overall revenue and my Optometrist was wearing lenses without a prescription. So, I did it.
I will never not recommend the LASIK Plus at the Chandler and Scottsdale locations. The staff from their front desk and assistants to their providers are the most patient, caring and comforting individuals I have ever had the opportunity to see in a medical setting.
The procedure itself takes less than a minute and even though the first 4-5 hours after feels like there is a pound of sand in your eyes. The diagnosed nap takes care of it and then you can SEE! Not just a little bit but really, truly see. The risk and discomfort is low and the reward is so so high.
I had a great experience start to finish. Dr. Perry and the whole LASIK plus team are amazing. I was in good hands and the results are nothing short of incredible. I now have better than 20/20 vision and absolutely no regrets that I decided to get this surgery.

I was so excited to get this done. I had the monovision procedure and am so pleased with the outcome. In addition, Dr. Perry and his team are awesome. Everything is explained well and during the procedure Dr. Perry talks you through everything that is happening which really helps you relax, and the nurses who assist are helpful and calming as well. I highly recommend Dr. Perry and his team. I am thrilled to be glasses free.
