Entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Short wait time to see doctor. Dr. Patel is a very kind and professional doctor, very easy to talk to. She went over the results of my tests and answered all my questions. I feel very confident that I am getting the best care for my vision.

Perfect appointment! On time, every test well explained, Dr. Patel reviewed prior appointments and gave plenty of opportunity for questions and answers.

SW Eye Clinic goes the extra mile to help those of us that are new residents to our geographical area. When our small memorial hospital couldn’t help with my medical issue, SW STEPPED UP and took care of me. I now have a Ophthamology group that I can count on in the future.

Dr. Patel does not have good bed side manners she rushes through the appointment and seems annoyed if you ask questions, I spent more time waiting for her than I did speaking with her, I would not recommend her front desk staff is also very dry and not friendly at all

Didn't have to wait long to be seen. The assistant was courteous and got the preliminary notes for the Doctor. I received my prescription and all my questions were answered. I was in and out quickly. I had a good experience.

Second visit. Entire staff was fantastic. Dr. Patel put up with my lack of knowledge and answered all my questions clearly and understandably.

Staff friendly, Dr Patel excellent knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. She’s the best I’ve had since moving to AZ 8 years now
