I have been looking for a great dermatologist for years to no avail until now. Dr. Divine is amazing. She listens and provides the best possible solution to any problem that I am having. I was first greeted my her assistant Rameem. Rameem is just fantastic, so welcoming and funny. I had a mole removed and it was painless. I am so happy to have found such a caring and genuine Dr. please do not hesitate to see Dr. Divine.

This was my first visit here and I was very happy from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor listened and did a thorough skin check. Be aware that you will have to leave a credit or debit card on file. If there is a balance, they will take the money from the card on file. I did not want to leave my card with them and asked if I can just pay after each appointment. It is their policy to keep your card and to use it. I took away a star for their auto pay policy. It makes me uncomfortable leaving that information in my file.

My primary care doctor highly Dr Andrius Kudirka highly recommended Dr Sergeyenko. My first impression was very positive. I was a bit surprised (and happy) that Dr Sergeyenko gave me a diagnosis that was very different than my previous dermatologist. I plan to do a follow up review after my treatment is completed.

First impression was not inviting . Front desk had one associate, who had to request assistance checking patients in. Her coworker never did exhibit a courteous disposition. It did get better, the MA called my name with such enthusiasm that I forgot the unfriendly initial interaction at the front desk, and greeted her with the same energy. She and Dr. Sergeyenko were professional, personable, thorough, completed the initial consultation, in addition to performing treatment the same day. That was "Awesome". I was extremely impressed. I have already started referring family to Dr. Sergeyenko. He receives 5 stars xxxxx

Dr. Divine is my favorite provider. Great bedside manners, very smart and understanding (she’s also SO pretty). Can’t wait for my skin to look like hers!

Appointment at 11:45am. Arrived here at 11:37am and still waiting. It’s 12:17pm now. Everybody should just get here 30+ mins after their appointment. They will have you waiting anyway. Why should we be on time if we don’t get the same grace? Ridiculous. Still waiting…

I had a horrible experience. I called before booking my appointment to Make-sure that they took my insurance and the doctor I was seeing was in network which they said yes. Upon arriving everyone was welcoming the issue that I had was that the doctor and the visit were covered what was not covered was a lab where they swabbed my skin and sent out. I called my insurance what the reason was for them not covering the lab they stated that the lab was out of network. Why do I have to pay for something that I didn’t sent out? The office has yet to call me back and now im stuck having to pay $500 out of pocket.

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences here! The staff is always amazing—friendly, professional, and truly caring. I especially want to recognize PA Mike, who I see regularly. He’s absolutely wonderful and consistently provides outstanding care. I always feel heard, respected, and well taken care of. Highly recommend
