Brought my daughter in for a planters wart. Saw Dr. Kozeny who advised using a shot of Bleomycin. Did not tell me Bleomycin was a chemotherapy agent. Did not tell us how painful it would be for my daughter. She was screaming in pain. Also after consult, he exited the room and then a nurse came in and performed the procedure without his presence. I questioned this and she was said she had been doing this for many years. That’s great but I was under impression doctor was going to do it. They bill it under the doctor. Would have been nice for him to perform the procedure. Or at least give me a heads up he was not going to perform it. I will never come back to this office.
My newest favorite dermatology practice! I had all my needs taken care of in one visit from a skin rash to two moles/growths. The doctor, Dr. Kozeny, and his nurse were awesome in explaining and administering the treatments to my skin. The office staff are exceptional, as well, helping with my intake and payment of my office visit. If you need any dermatology work done on your body, I highly recommend Glazer Dermatology.
Dr Kozeny, Michelle and the rest of the staff were so kind. I felt well taken care of and not rushed during my visit. Dr Kozeny listened to all of my concerns and addressed them in a simple way.
To begin with, I was able to make an appointment with a phone call. I wasn't redirected to go online to do it. The ladies at the front desk were efficient and quick. They were not distracted with their own cell phones and were not engaged in personal conversations. The Technician was also very good, kind, and listened to me carefully. Dr. Fretzen had excellent bedside manner. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my concerns. I felt well taken care of.
Glazer dermatology does a wonderful job! I’ve seen Dr. Alex twice. He made me feel welcome, Listened to my concerns and took time to educate me on skin care. His staff were excellent as well. I will definitely be going back. So glad these folks are in my neighborhood!
This was my first visit with this office. I was super excited for this appointment as I’ve been having issues with my skin for a while now, so my expectations were high. I’m happy to say that it was such a positive experience from the reception desk to being in the room with doctor Alexis and her nurse assistant. Everyone was so welcoming and polite. As soon as the nurse assistant and doctor started asking me questions and looking at my face, they knew within minutes what my diagnosis was. The doctor was so patient with answering all my questions and concerns and came up with a great start plan to help with my skin. I even made a follow-up appointment per the doctors request to check my progress and see if any of the prescriptions need adjustments. Overall, I was so satisfied with my experience and the knowledgeable staff!!
It starts with the initial interactions. The call to confirm the appointment was highly professional and took into consideration all topics in an appropriate manner. The check-in process was efficient with the new technology, but also flexible with additional manual updates done by the team. The nurse was fantastic, getting the details quickly and efficiently. I have always been impressed by Dr Glazer. He assess each situation and has an immediate recommended approach that provides the best outcome.
This office will always be highly recommended by me.
