Great and efficient care here. Ive been going for a few years since i moved to the suburbs. I previously saw Dr Lewitt at the loop location of this practice, when I lived in the city and was impressed and satisfied with the care. Now i see Dr Harris - he is skilled, effective and has a great bedside manner. I always get the doctor I scheduled with when i make an appointment . The assistants are friendly and make me feel at ease. I am overall very happy with this practice.
My father and I have gone to Dr. Harris for five years or so, and have been very happy. He's very nice, listens to your concerns, and is thorough. The practice in general is always clean and uses the latest technology. I highly recommend them!
Dr. Matthew Harris is an excellent dermatologist who is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. He takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns and makes me feel heard during every appointment. I appreciate how thoroughly he explains things and answers my questions. His follow-up care is outstanding, and I always feel confident that my needs are being addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Harris to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist.
I visited this office for a laser hair removal session and had a great experience. Kiara at the front desk was very polite during check-in, and since I had already completed the online check-in process from home, I was able to be seen right away.
My esthetician, Briana, immediately asked if I had ever had laser hair removal before. Even though I had, she still took the time to explain the process and go over aftercare instructions, including things I had never been told before.
We used the InMode machine, and the treatment felt like small pinches, definitely much more tolerable than the waxes I’ve been getting. Briana was thorough, took her time during the appointment, and even followed up by text afterward to check on me.
Overall, it was a very professional and comfortable experience, and I’m glad I decided to start laser hair removal here.
I have been going to Illinois Dermatology Institute for years. I was a long time patient of Dr. Kalis who was a wonderful, caring doctor. He left his patients in the capable hands of Allyson Fields. I came to see her with concern about a potential skin cancer. She assured me that the spot was benign and would never turn into a malignancy and explained why. I feel very confident in her care.
Dr Kalis was great and that is who we saw. He died and then 3 years later I receive something in collections but my insurance company said nothing was billed to them. Collection company sent nothing that I can use for my insurance company (what billing code was sent to my insurance? etc.) I typically pay 50 for any specialty visit each visit and nothing more. This is BS.
I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma on my nose. Fortunately I qualified for low dose radiation. Sandy, the radiologist, was a wonderful person. She put me at ease and was super friendly. She always walked me out and if one of my children brought me, she would take time to talk to them.
Dr. Sonja Kenkare was also very friendly. I saw her her every 5th visit out of 20.
We enjoy coming to IDI. Everyone is professional in doing their job. Dr.Harris is very friendly when he comes in. Does a great job of body search for any problems.
