Amazing experience with them. I had a piece of metal stuck in my eye. I called them last minute without being a patient in their system. I explained that it was an emergency, and they moved around other appointments to be able to see me. Once I got there I was seen very quickly. DR. Nicole Maldonado took care of me, and made the procedure of removing the piece of metal fast and with as little discomfort as possible. She explained all her steps of the procedure, and made me feel calm. Recommend anyone to go here they wil take care of you.
Everyone at Sitterle Vision Source makes me feel at home. The receptionists are welcoming and very efficient. Dr. Maldonado is very knowledgeable and is able to explain everything in terms easy to understand! This office is great!
After nearly 10 years as a loyal customer, this place never disappoints and the reason I keep coming back is simple: the staff is consistently amazing.
I have to give a huge shoutout to Cameron, he helped me when I picked up my glasses a few weeks ago and was just as wonderful at my appointment today. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He answered all my questions thoroughly and his customer service is just top notch. 😊
Dr. Maldonado and the entire Sitterle team continue to be the only place I trust for ALL of my eye care needs. 10 years and counting and I don’t plan on going anywhere. If you’re looking for a place where you’re always treated like family, this is it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Super fast, great friendly staff, and excellent Dr. Maldonado. Very informative and positive. She kept using “ birthdays “ as opposed to aging. She is very intelligent, kind and funny.
She told me she did her internship in Indiana. I replied “ You must be happy with a great year in football”. She said “I don’t have a lot of time for sports.” I was chatting Indiana Natty, QB Heisman Trophy winner, and first college team to go 15-0. How ‘bout dem Hoosiers!! Highly recommend Vision Source!
Blessing that the VA set me up with Dr. Sitterle and staff in the Thousand Oaks office.
Smooth operation, professionals all and I have never had sn eye doctor who has presented a plan to turn my vision around. What a find.

Always always always happy walking out of the door when leaving this office staff in the front are spectacular alway respectful and courteous, doctors are knowledgeable and very good listeners. Went in for an eye exam because my old nose pieces broke off my last pair of glasses and walked out with new glasses ordered and old pair fixed. Thank you ladies and gentlemen I definitely will return
I can't recommend Sitterle Vision Source. I went in, received an eye exam and I ordered 2 pair of glasses, one for indoors and tinted shaded ones for outdoors.
About 2 wks later my first pair was ready, but my second pair wasn't. I waited and waited, and after about 1 month of "They're backordered", "Still not in", I decided to just go in and cancel. Did I get the last pair? My sunglasses were the very exact frame, just tinted lenses.
What gets me is there was no attempt to make it right, just a "Sorry, they're still backordered". I mean someone paying almost $1000 for two pair and that's all you can do? Oh you can bet they wanted me to pick out another frame, but when they wouldn't offer me a discount for the inconvenience of waiting a month I said, nope, not here, not ever again.
I just had my annual eye exam, and after being a patient of Dr. Sitterly for at least 20 years, I still love their office!!! So professional, but also so friendly and helpful. Sarah did my ‘pretests’ (they have some cool new ones) and was so sweet and well trained. And Dr. Sitterly is just such a good doctor and bears with my being such a goof trying to decide ‘this one or this one’ tests!!! lol Anyway in a world that has lost professionalism and true customer service skills, I am happy to recommend Sitterly Vision! 😊
